What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Deel for its quickness in transferring money to my account, which significantly enhances my sense of security. The ability to transfer funds rapidly not only aids in efficient financial management but also builds my confidence in the platform’s reliability. I also value Deel's robust security features. Knowing that my transactions and personal information are protected gives me peace of mind, enabling me to focus on my work without worrying about potential security threats. Moreover, receiving real-time notifications via text messages for every action provides me with an added layer of assurance and keeps me informed of all activities, enhancing my overall experience with Deel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it challenging when Deel had difficulty capturing my ID. The process required waiting for an email communication where I had to reply with my ID, which was inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel for fast money transfers and secure notifications, making me feel safe.

I like it because it is a good option for freelancers and has many money exchange options. Also, the fees for exchanges are not that high.

Sometimes I feel that it is not so intuitive in some things, it confuses old contracts with current contracts, or it is not clear how much money will be received next month. Sometimes it fails to load expenses.

The speed and ease of receiving payment; activating the automatic pix is a great tool.

Convenience as I can easily access it on my app and get my salary on time. Also the conversion is amazing.

Inconsistent delivery of payments through our bank. Hope this can be improved to almost instantaneous

What do you like best about the product?
Deel simplifies the process of hiring and paying international contractors and employees. The platform manages contracts, compliance, and payments in numerous countries, all accessible through a single dashboard. I particularly value the automated invoicing, localized contracts, and the option to provide benefits worldwide. Additionally, their customer support is both responsive and well-informed, which is extremely helpful when dealing with international labor regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel offers robust features, I sometimes find the user interface a bit overwhelming, particularly when handling several contracts or working through country-specific options. Additionally, certain integrations, such as those with accounting platforms, could be more seamless. Despite these minor issues, the platform ultimately fulfills its main purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has taken the complexity out of global hiring for us. We have successfully onboarded talent from several countries without having to stress over compliance, tax paperwork, or managing payment logistics. This has saved us a significant amount of time and minimized our legal risks, making it possible for us to grow our remote team with greater confidence.

That i can use it from my phone with the app. and that it has lot of security to be access

I receive my payroll from an external company, and no matter in which country I am, I can access my money at any moment, even use the virtual card. And is easy to be send the money to a local bank

The Deel Card, I can use it everywhere all the time.

I can't request a physic card in US tho.

I get paid as a freelancer, which is complicated to get paid in other platforms.
