My feel experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like feel because you can have more than 1 contract, payments are super fast and what I love is the advanced payment, you can get your salary in advanced which is something that I never saw before
What do you dislike about the product?
Fees when you transfer like for example to binance, conversion rate (USD to MXN). It's not updated since in the official market it's a bit different which makes receive less money in case you want to receive your payment through a wire transfer. Other than that everything else is really cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel recently launched a faster time response when receiving wire transfers which makes me get my money faster, also launched the deel card which is great too, just in case I need to pay something.

The company I work for uses this platform and honestly, I see why.
First things first, It's user-friendly, and I never get lost in its interface.
The cool part for me is the financial stuff. Deel offers a bunch of ways to get your money out, and that's just fantastic. Also, the feature called "Deel Advance" has helped me in several ocations. It is reassuring to have the possibility. Besides all that, they have a new Accounting space which is Ideal to keep track of your finances.
In a nutshell, Deel has made my work life way easier. If you're in a company that uses Deel, you're in good hands.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any. Maybe I'd say that the perks they offer are not something I'd use but that's something completely personal. They do offer good things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel offers multiple payment methods, which is a godsend for employees like me. It means I can get my earnings in the way that suits me best. Plus, "Deel Advance" has been a savior a few times when I needed a bit of extra cash before payday.
Its actually a very convenient service, user experience is awesome.

Versatility, frequent updates of the platform, deel advance feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
no mobile app. Actually, that would be it, but might be of value to mention that more third-party cross benefits and alliances could improve the usage rate of them. Currently, I feel like they are focused just on USA collanorators.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is how straightforward the platform is. The processes are very clear, and the platform's transparency is even more so. I love that it doesn't just stay on the platform, but they give you options to build a community. They share webinars that help you as a digital nomad, and what's best for me is that they're always looking for ways to make withdrawing your money easy and with lower costs

So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a more organized platform to communicate with the finance department of my company
I like the flexibility that deel offers, it's advantages are many no way to list here
What do you like best about the product?
Deel advance and the logic behind contracts managments, you monitor very well the progress of your contract and payroll better than on-site based structure
What do you dislike about the product?
for some african countries the process is very hard. for example in democratic republic of the congo DRC people use Id cards called "carte d'electeur" and verify doesn't recognize them, so it require you to buy a passport, which is also a long process in DRC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel advance, this month I got a deel advance and this feature was really helpfull for me as it's something not commonly offered by payroll platforms
Deel changed my payment experience
What do you like best about the product?
Deel advance saves my whole month. The feature makes me able to pay some bills in advance and I have guaranteed fees, pretty straightforward. I also like the perks! There are so many!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information on the advance and the impossibility to make it at least twice a month.

The way I can work a whole month knowing I'm provided for.
Deel is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I love deel so much. What I like about deel is it's easy to use. They have helpful deel agents thru live chat to help you with concerns. But I like the most about deel, is their feature called "Deel advance" Wow. I'm a mom, and sometimes, it's hard to manage finances,expenses since we only have a tight budget. I have option to advance my salary anytime. Just one click away, then it will only take 10 minutes to receive my advance salary. I always recommend deel. Thank you!

What do you like best about the product?
The way that they offer all the payments on time, they also have a lot of ways to pay you and in my experience, it doesn't take longer than 1 day to get my payment.

I'm really happy with Deel, there's no thing that I dislike

Maybe a way to repay the deel advance, as you guys had a way to repay it before the pay day, and now I believe you're working on that and it helps a lot

Having different options to withdraw money and being able to have an historical record of every payment and contract

I'm from El Salvador and some options are not available yet like Deel card and card withdrawal
