Easy tool for global hiring
What do you like best about the product?
How easy they make the experience moving to global hiring and staffing - which can be an otherwise very daunting task! They map out all the compliance and regulatory information you need and may employee management very simple through their user friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Deel fees to hire an employee are not small, it seems worth it for them to take on the administrative work and liability of staffing internationally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has allowed us to expand our staffing internationally and made it easy for us to do so without needing to open a business entity abroad. We also were able to bring on the best talent for the positions we're hiring for instead of being limited to one country.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very good platform to hire and pay employee who are working remote .I like their responsivess in thier chat support and how quickly they send payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Deel to provide visa card deel to other countires so we cna easily retrive our money fast and do payment

Remote payment .I can receive my payment on time while working for compnay in the US almost the same day.

Its easy to upload invoices and setup work hours.
Have a good system to recieve the money, i can select if i want in local maney and the transfer is pretty quick.

What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve a little with ux, because is a little dificult to find some options.
Need to be more intuitively in this case. I was lost a little belit at first use because I can't find the correct options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have easy management of my invoices and the money of my works, i not lost money in each bank transfer, I can decide went I want to draw the money and I can add from the all works.
A simple and effective way to handle remote contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes it a breeze to add any work I do from day to day or ibgger milestone bound projects that have set price, my client will be notified and then apporve any work and a few days later the money is ready to be moved to my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some elements in the UI that make it feel overwhelming the first time you visit, with as many options and workflows as there are, but once you find your groove it's simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple and easy way to keep track of my work, hours devoted to different projects and automatically notifying my clients about charges for the correspondign work, quick and simple.

No Swift fees for international transfers would be nice to have. Also, they have a list of perks, but they change over time. I would like Headspace perks to come back.

Most Reliable and Secure payment platform.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel are the multiple ways to withdraw money and that the commissions are not high compared to other platforms. It is secure and gives me peace of mind knowing that Deel handles the transactions for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel's compliance practices may not meet the legal requirements of El Salvador (where I live in), I would like Deel to provide a way to opt in for a deduction of my payment and give my taxes instead of doing it my self.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps companies to pay me in a safe way and to give me options on how I can withdraw my money and to change the bank account I want to be deposited to, otherwise I would have to talk to the company I work for and ask for a change of payment method which would take a long time.
Deel is great if you want to get paid for a remote job.

That you can add multiple bank accounts, and you can automatically withdraw your funds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of something I dislike. I would probably add fingerprints or face recognition as a 2 step verification method. I would save some time logging in with those options.

Deel deals with the wiring to other countries. Before using Deel, my boss had to send me the funds through Money Gram, and I had to personally approach the closest MG office in order to get my salary. Now I just receive it directly in my bank account.

Really there isn't something in particular that I don't like about Deel.

I'm a collaborator for a company (not an employee) and I'm payed only when I offer my services to the company. For this reason I need a flexible platform that can connect the company to me for the times that they use my services and have to pay me.
