Just works, no hassle.
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, once it's set up, I don't have to do anything. It's a lot of burden taken off my shoulders. It's also very fast, the email saying my money is on my way usually arrives the same time as the money itself. The user interface is nice and usable, but I seldom check it. It feels great to have extra features, like Advance, but I actually haven't even tried those yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login is a bit less comfortable than your typical login, with the one-time code being sent in email. I wish it would happen with the usual authenticator app, or maybe with a push notification, as it does for many services online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer, it's always a pain in the neck to take care of the whole T&M summary - invoicing - collecting - transferring chain. Even the most disciplined customers need a reminder every now and then about an invoice being overdue, or have a discussion about the proof of work. With Deel, all this is super easy, every aspect of these is off my shoulder. It's like having a secretary who does the administrative tasks for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I found Deel to be supereasy and practical yo use . Their UI is very clean and easy to navigate through. The information abour your employers or the people you work for is organized.
You can easily acess the contract you sign between you and the company you work for.
The withdraw methods they provide are super practical and fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
Downside of Deel for me as a contractor is that the benefits you get through them are not appliable for me taht live in Scandinavia since none of the shops exist here

Deel is bridging the gap between contractors and companies. In these days where technology let us work across the globe and do task without being there physically. The importance of utelizing technoly like Deel is essential. I worked in the web3 industy and its very shady to times alot of people get promised salleries that they never recive. With Deel i felt safe that i was been taken care of and would be payed

I love the simplicity of the deel dashboard to manage all the relevant aspects like legal issues, insurances, contracts and many other aspects that makes easy for a contractor be hired and paid in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general I'm ok with all the features deel offers to us as contractors, but there's one issue with wire transfers: their fees are high and exchange rate is not enough fair, at least for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps me with the management of the contracts I receive, as well as with the payments that companies send me through the platform when they hire me. The way I receive the wire transfers quickly it's a great plus.

I have tried transferring money from country to country with various products or platforms because I have had the opportunity to live in 4 countries over the last 8 years, and this option seems not only easy but fair to me.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but just as a suggestion, if you integrated with PayPal, I would find it excellent because I work with a couple of American organizations that only use PayPal, and I think it would be an interesting bridge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment of fees in different countries. The opportunity to work on multiple projects and organizations without the need to suffer from the administrative burden that this sometimes implies.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, the platform keeps getting updates to integrate more functionalities. We manage everything from payroll to reimbursements and PTO requests through Deel :)

I'd say I've had a fantastic experience overall (been using it for almost a year) - However, one area of improvement would be having a mobile app (available everywhere)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main things I find Deel helpful for, is fast delivery times on payroll - I've my payments set up with auto withdrawal and they arrive in my MXN account on time every single time!
Also, managing expenses/reimbursements and PTO requests through the platform is very easy and quick.

I've been using Deel for some time now, and I must say it has greatly streamlined our payroll processes. What I like best about Deel is its user-friendly interface and the ease with which it handles complex international payroll tasks. Managing remote workers across different countries has never been this efficient. The platform simplifies everything from compliance with local labor laws to handling multiple currencies. It's a lifesaver for global businesses like ours.

While I appreciate all that Deel offers, I've noticed occasional delays in customer support response times. It would be great if they could improve their support efficiency, especially for urgent queries. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall benefits Deel provides.

First, there’s no dedicated mobile app, which can be inconvenient. As someone who travels or works on the go, I often want to quickly check payment status, download a document, or update details — doing that from a mobile browser isn’t always smooth.
Second, while Deel does offer some perks, most of them feel tailored to US-based users or newer startups. I’d love to see more India-specific benefits — like tax-saving tools, health coverage, or investment options that actually apply to Indian contractors.
Also, the tax and compliance documentation could use clearer explanations for non-US users. A bit more local guidance would be helpful.

Before Deel, international payments were stressful. I had to deal with delays, high fees, unclear contracts, and tax confusion. Deel takes all of that off my plate.
Now, everything from signing my contract to receiving payments in my local bank account is handled in one platform. It’s compliant, transparent, and fast. I can focus on my work without worrying about how or when I’ll get paid.
