The best platform for remote workers!
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been a game-changer for remote work collaboration. As a remote worker, I've found its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features, from contract management to payroll, to be invaluable. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has effectively addressed the challenges of remote work by streamlining administrative tasks, enabling smooth collaboration, and enhancing security. Its contract management and payroll features have simplified complex processes, saving me valuable time and ensuring accurate payments.
The Best payment app
What do you like best about the product?
The Best thing of Deel Is that I can get paid un My country without any problems. And I send it to My Binance or Coinbase account without issues. Immediatly and triste worthy. We use Wise as well but that app has problems in My country so it's great that Deel has si many withraw options. Any one can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Si far I have not had to facy any sort of issue or problem with Deel. We come from a much less user frendly app and since we changed to Deel we have had nothing but good experiences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually has mayor issues with payment and all along the payroll process. And withraw was also hard to explain to new emplyees. Since we changed to Deel, every problem was instantly solved by the esasy going and user frendly system and procedures.
Very useful platform to manage people and remote work
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to add each activity to track the work. How easy it is to make and send work bills to each employee. And something that is very important to talk about is the management of contracts that make the user feel that they are in a safe environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the exchange rate when charging, although competitive, I think it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to handle people contracts, their respective activity management, and also payments.
Easy, fast, versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Several options to withdraw your money, including some without any cost. Also very quick transfers, even when using Swift. I am from Brazil and can withdraw to my company swift account and have the money in the same day.
Deel Advance has also saved me a couple of times already.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any huge downside yet. All methods I thought of using to withdraw and covert the money would be covered one way or another.
Maybe if we could have a direct integration with Nomad would be nice.
Also, the tax for the Deel Advance could be variable instead of fixed. Today is 3% whether you are 30 or 1 day before your payment. It think 3% for 30 days would be great, but then proportionally decrease it to a minimum?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving my monthly payment and transferring it to my company's account in Brazil. Today I transfer to my Husky.io account which has the smaller spread I found while also supporting CNPJ accounts. Deel can same-day transfer via swift to Husky, which is also faster than other alternatives. Also sometimes I need some cash upfront and I can just use Deel Advance which is very nice.
I feel that the platform gives me security and clarity when offering my services
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is clear, that it meets the payment dates, that it allows me to generate an invoice regardless of the country I am in and what is very important to me, it somehow regulates my remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I do not find a disadvantage, perhaps the benefits it offers are rather regional and for example in Italy they do not serve me much, but in general terms in my experience everything is positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the platform, I can invoice and receive my salary without difficulty and with great flexibility, basically it makes it possible for me to work remotely, for me today it is essential.

Makes contractor works super easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to take on jobs I usually would not be able to. As a Canadian, I have more opportunities working for US companies especially as they work on expansion plays to other parts of the world. Deel makes this super easy as am EOR in order for me to be complaint as well as get paid in a timely manner!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much it can do, which I guess isn't a bad thing. But employers need to be better educated on all its capabilities because it's a great platform.

Able for me to work in the US as a contractor, get paid in local currency and paid on time, access documents and benefits to remain compliant.

Great Payment Processor
What do you like best about the product?
The company I work at have been using Deel for past few months now. And as of now, I had no issues with payments coming from my company though Deel. I always receive it in a timely manner.
What I love about Deel is their Local Transfer. In the past, old payment processor was taking at least 3-4 days to send the money to my Bank Account after transfer but after we switched to Deel it changed everything. I started receiving my money in my Bank Account within an hour or two which is fabulous.
When I needed help with my account the Deel support replied my ticket instantly and cleared all my doubts and concerns. Their reply time is unimaginable I really love what Deel is doing for us.
Please keep up the great work and thanks for being a great Payment Processor.

They are doing their best everyday to make the Payment Processing more efficient. They are adding many new features such as Tax Questioning section etc. Which I really like.

It's easy. I changed jobs and I can have erything in one place. Also, expenes are super simple to add to get reimbursed.
It is a great experience inside the product.
Also, customer service is lovely, they are always super nice and and have never left me expecting an answer. Even once I had a huge problem and thought i had lost my salary, and they were very human saying "don't worry, it will be ok, it's just an error, give us some time". That reassurance meant the world to me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ramps are expensive for non-us residents. Also, the card does not work in iphone in Argentina and i'm not ellgible for a fisical fisical card just beacuse I live in Argentina. This is the worst because i can only use my card on digital stuff.

I can work for anywhere in the world. I'm from argentina, been living in brazil,now in Mexico and I work for a colombian company. I also make some freelance classes for different organizations. The last one was in Peru. Deel makes it simple for me to sign contracts and create invoices.
