Straight forward, Easy to Use, Very Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to get started with Deel. When I was doing my research on the best payroll service to use, Deel consistently came on top. It was very easy to sign up, set up the account, and process the payroll. The good thing was the ability to keep the money in Deel for a specific period of time before transferring. I also liked the fact that I was able to use multiple transfer options to withdraw my money.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I was concerned about was the high cost of using this platform. There was a cost of $49 per contractor per payment which honestly feels like a lot. If Deel can somehow make it's pricing more competitive, I would happily become an ambassador.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization's basic need was to find a way to efficiently pay people based out of the US. I was able to use Deel to make payments in the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe. This helped me streamline multicountry payroll with ease and convenience.
Fast and trust worthy
What do you like best about the product?
I have never had a situation we're my money didn't arrive. It is fast and simple to use and it allows you make and receive payments from different managers. All in one place. There is no cost for transferring your money to your US account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like I can't access my account in a fast way si need to check for code verification every time I want to access my account...

Nothing So Far, all I can say is that Deel is very efficient for me, and my transaction is very smooth.

The customer support services are excellent, when my account does not sync with the verification that I received from the app, the agent immediately resolved it. I loved Deel.
Flexibility and Simplicity in International Payments
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Deel is very easy to set up and use, which saves time and effort. I appreciate the flexibility of deciding in which country and account to receive my money, which was a problem I needed to solve. Additionally, the option to withdraw funds and the Deel card are really useful. Deel's monthly loan service has been beneficial for situations like paying the deposit for my move. Although I like the flexibility that Deel offers, one of the aspects I valued at the beginning was being able to send money anywhere in the world without it going through my account, although that functionality was removed, the overall experience remains positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It bothers me that I can no longer send money to people from anywhere in the world through Deel without it having to go through my account. This functionality was very good and I liked it a lot, but they recently changed it and now I can't do it anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really solves the problem of receiving payments from a company in the United States, allowing me to decide in which country and account to receive my money, which provides me with great flexibility. Additionally, the monthly loan feature helped me cover specific needs like paying the deposit for my move.
Deel is a breeze to use and gives you peace of mind.

Deel is easy and straightforward, it is easy for the client to enroll you and create contracts. They are integrated with my omline pay wallet which makes it easy for me to withdraw
What do you dislike about the product?
They need a mobile app that is available in both play store and apple store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves payroll problem in terms of my employer paying us freelancers as opposed to going thru other channels that cost more and are more ineefficient. Deel is a cheaper and better alternative

First time using a platform to recieve payment
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tools In my humble opinion is the conversion of values in the withdraw calculator; Also, the home dashboard with next payments or messages.Clean UI and easy to find the actions I want to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not understand how the platform makes the calculation of the Exchange fee, and I'm I don't have any idea if this exchange is from the platform or my bank account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the question that I cannot go to my company country to open a bank account, and deel makes this function easily with the options I have into the platform. And is not necessary that I travek to my contractor company to assign contracts also I have an overview of the date of my next payments and my invoices in the same platform
Deel is the solution for international jobs.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact I'm in peace about my compensation/salary getting to my hands every month withou worry about USD/BRL changes, and withou need to do the exchange all by myself. And being protected by worker laws in my own country.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Perks area benefits are focus on EUA mostly, or at least does not have an activity on my country, and some times is hard to track down usefull ones because of the great quantity of them. The suggestion is to have them organized by category, or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to stay tunned in USD/BRL changes, and not even have to do the exchange from USD to my country currency myself. I just have to wait the payday for my salary drops down on my bank account.

It's not their fault but some banks take additional random commisions. It'd be very cool if they could know these commisions in advance.

I remember talking long and a lot for them to unblock my deel card they blocked. I needed to prove that I really moved to another country which was humiliating and tiresome.

I really wanted my new employer to use Deel and was an active ambassador for them. The guys told me it was too expensive. I don't know the numbers but was really frustrated by this.
