Dynamic platform, good user experience and optimal management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to receive my monthly settlement with the corresponding detail and also be able to have digital products such as cards. It is an intuitive and easy to use platform from anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
In the specific case of some Latin American countries the process of converting money to local currency is difficult, perhaps there should be manuals or more effective procedures for these processes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see my bills and taxes with the respective detail each month. It also allows me to receive the settlement of my salary from anywhere in the world either in dollars, with balance on international debit cards and even allows me to take advances or loans if I need. Something additional is that it has high security and integrated electronic signature
An amazing payment tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It is awesome to know that you can receive your payment money without any problem and without concern about which part of the world you are in!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that lately I'm having trouble with Deel's login!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was having problems with Deel's login and I called the support team. They were very helpful and they fixed the problem that I had!

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can keep the contracts, invoices, and payments its amazing. Rightnow we are looking to work with people all around the world and this is the right way to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used this platform since one year ago, and theres nothing I have dislike about the platform, the security is great, its very intuitive. and even rewards just for being client of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I' from Mexico, and here is very difficult to find the right platform, that could pays you the right amount, even that could do invoices. I used to work with paypal and the fees they charge are high, and if you need invoices you need another service, a professional, and in deel you have everything with the best fees.

What do you like best about the product?
As a freelance consultant, Deel made it so easy for my client to send payments. The local bank account integration was a cinch and then I received the payments on time.
Also, the support is excellent: they help you solve issues whenever you need it and they're fast responding to your requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't remember having trouble using Deel. It has the features I needed as a consultant, making setting up a contract and the payment integration with the local bank so simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason to use Deel for me was to be able to sign up a consultant contract with a USA company. As the contract was for remote work, it helped the company and me to easily set up that contract, the employee legal information, the payments, and the bank integration. In regard to the payments, the money transfer to my local bank account was straightforward with no issues at all.

I can receive my payment right to my account, I just need to submit my bank and personal account and that's it. I don't need to do anything else
Best product for building a fair and equitable compensation program!
What do you like best about the product?
Assemble’s user-friendly interface is well-designed and highly user-friendly, making it really easy to navigate and use. One of the standout feature of this product is the expert knowledge the team provides. The team is consistently offering valuable compensation insights and perspectives to our program. They have really helped our cross-department collaboration, ensuring everyone is on the same page when it comes to compensation decisions. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Assemble team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We understand that as a newer tool, there is some room for improvement in terms of customization and reporting features which may not currently meet our expectations. But with time and continuous product iteration, I believe these features will be further developed! In addition, a better integration with our existing tech stack, as it would alleviate the manual efforts required at the end of each compensation cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assemble is our main source of truth for compensation, this has enable seamless collaboration our recruiting, finance, people, and leadership teams. Also, as a company, we strongly prioritize being fair, equitable, and data-driven with our compensation program. Assemble has been instrumental with helping us incorporate these values to our philosphy/program.

I knew a co-worker had a problem with his credit card, it had been hacked and they researched and returned the money.

Convenient, but full of hidden charges
What do you like best about the product?
It's super convenient to not need to create an entity in each country and to pay all employees and contractors in one spot. The new HRIS for free also is nice, and makes sense to give away for free for small businesses.
They do also have seemingly the best coverage as compared to some of their competitors, especially in smaller European countries.

What do you dislike about the product?
Update: Deel reached out to discuss and has taken steps to improve some of my concerns (incl. lowering deregister fee, increasing transparency on fees). They've been very attentive and seem to be making legitimate efforts to move in the right direction, minimizing some of my prior concerns.
Deel is very expensive. At first it seems like pricing is simple - one monthly fee for EOR services but then additional charges add up. $5 per payment, visa sponsorship fees if you want sponsorship, excessive visa renewal fees, and best of all - a $1250 fee to end the visa.
Deel loves to brag in their fundraising announcement of their 85% margin and it's clear how they get it - with these excess fees.

Hiring employees and contractors in countries where we don't have an entity and don't want to create an entity. It's also convenient to pay once for everyone, regardless of where they are.
