Ease of Use - Long to Build

What do you like best about the product?
The ATS is easy to use. We have an increase in applicant flow, polished career page, text engagement, ability to build and send out campaigns with our candidate data. We created our own customized data for our dashboards, and have been able to gain buy in with our hiring managers in utilizing the platform for approving hires to budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
The build to customize for your organization takes almost a year to integrate, customize, and get how you want it. You definitely need to have an administrator designated to the platform for issues that can arise with hiring managers in your organization.

IT Support is a hit or miss. Have had multiple Account Managers assigned to our account.

Would like to see a link to text engagement on the main dashboard vs. having a different login/website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to customize data to our organization. Have current data ready to deliver for executives. More applicant flow, better integration with our HROPS team for req approvals, and we integrated auto notifications with hiring managers, and other departments so they can begin onboarding activities in a timely fashion.
