What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS is easy to work with. They are responsive to requests, will work with you to create custom solutions. The system itself is flexible and has the ability to accomodate multiple processes at once. Given we operate differently in Canada than the US, this is critical in our quest to have a single source of truth for recruiting. We did not have to do extensive training for hiring managers and just have recorded 20 minute webinars for those that are new to the system. It is intuitive and the rollout was seamless.

We also subscribe to the onboarding and enhanced career site features. These significantly enhanced our candidate experience and drove increase engagement for our recruiting efforts. iCIMS has strong partnerships with vendors, which also us to integrate easily from sourcing tools to background check. We will be implementing our MS365 integration later this year!

Our implementation and customer service teams helped achieve a remarkable feat. We had only 12 weeks to set up and launch the ATS, Onboarding, Enhanced career site, and Offer Management with integrations back to HCM. Not only did we make the timeline, but the launch was wildly successful and the system was fully tested for the launch.

For the recruiters that are in the system everyday, it is an invaluable tool. They are able to communicate with candidates, launch background checks and assessments, and develop offers all in the same platform. It has streamlined their work considerably and they no longer have to toggle between systems.

The innovation roadmap is exciting with several new AI features coming to the system. We are thrilled to be partnering with a vendor that is focused on the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have one feature that seems to not getting traction with our team. The text engagement feature does not seem to integrate into our recruiters workflow as well as we had hoped. The product works as intended, but with recruiters that are always on the go, they prefer to use their mobile phones for ongoing communication with candidates versus using the text engagement feature in icims.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us streamline our workflows to allow us to identify the right candidate faster and get them hired. It also helped increase the credibilty of our team in the organization because of the trasparency of dashboards.
