What do you like best about the product?
The searching and reporting is great. Its very customisable so you can adapt it to your own processes and make it work however you want to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A clunky interface, TERRIBLE customer support who respond back with a rubbish answer in order to meet their SLA and then take days to come back with an actual answer to your question. Account Success Managers that leave the company every 6 months without letting you know and without providing any handover, Very US focused. Whilst good for permanent recruitment, less good for contract/agency work. CRM element to it is rubbish. Don't think abiout trying to move to another system after you've been here for a while - I am trying to migrate but they are making the process as hard as possible, with limited data backups and zero support with trying to understand the data model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good for managing candidates through the workflow of searching, application through to offer. Good for reporting.
