Excellent tool for working with Vendor
What do you like best about the product?
The concise nature of finding the tasks, as well as its ability to keep me on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are challenges in finding a particular task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana when working with an outside vendor who provides Amazon services for our company. Asana has assisted in helping us to organize the various required tasks on each project. The ability to move files back and forth through Asana rather than email, keeping them organized, is a great boon.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Asana for 8 years as a way to keep our entire team on task and informed. It's easy to use and easy to train new team members. The ability to work off the mobile app is a great value as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being that we only use the Free version there are some features that are not available to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is great for making sure tasks are completed on a schedule of timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has different views, for example lists and calendar views. Which is great.
The project function is great, to categorise all of your tasks by project and you can have sub categories for each.
I look at it every day and it keeps me on track with my tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it’s more advanced features are a little difficult to use - like automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have clear, broken down tasks. That you know who is responsible for deliver and by what date. It allows you to organise your time effectively each day, and juggle everything!
Great for Recurring Tasks and more
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps my business track recurring tasks. As the business owner, I assign tasks to my team and receive notifications when the tasks are completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to my team, Asana works too well because it helps keep them accountable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of knowing what is next when on boarding new accounts. Asana benefits my team with collaboration and accountability.

Asana allows the 3 of us to keep track of who is doing what to what parts of the project, due dates, updates in a timeline we can see, etc.

I have not found an Asana weakness. Maybe, if I had to split hairs, is there are too many features ?

It allows us to designate tasks to individuals, and then see the progress in a scroll timeline as they check items in via a simple drag and drop!

One thing to be aware of: There is a bit of a learning curve when getting started with Asana, especially for teams that are new to this type of tool. I highly recommend onboarding all staff at the same time and establishing clear guidelines on how to use the platform. This helps ensure everyone is using it consistently, which cuts down on confusion and keeps projects running smoothly.

Easy to organize work for subcontractors. Customizable fields and the most pleasing layout I've found.

Not being able to buy one seat at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I still appreciate about Asana is how easy it is to keep projects organized without overcomplicating things. Creating tasks, assigning them, and following progress through boards or timelines feels very natural. Over time I’ve also noticed that the collaboration features make it simple to keep everyone aligned without needing constant meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main limitation I still see is that some of the most powerful features like advanced reporting or more detailed project dependencies are locked behind higher-tier plans. For smaller teams, those features would make a big difference but the cost can be a bit hard to justify.

Helps our team to solve the problem of disorganized communication and scattered tasks. Before Asana, we struggled with keeping track of who was doing what and when it was due. Now, everything is centralized—tasks, deadlines, and project updates are easy to find and follow.
