Ok Product - better platforms on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Designed for creative minds - not great for workflows or processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Has not made updates to some pertinent things in a long time. Needs to be quicker with rollouts of new products within the platform. For example, you still cannot assign a task to multiple people and that is much needed. Workflows, rules and forms are also not easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management - keeps our teams aligned on the tasks and projects within each dept.
I enjoy the ease of the program.

ASANA is easy to navigate as it relates to project management and sharing project duties

I am a new user so I am getting use to ASANa and formatting

Helps keep track of tasks/due dates amongst the team

Consistent reminders without pestering - basically an amazing assistant.

The lack of automation without programming it in myself

Good for collaborative work, but not so user friendly

I like that with Asana, I can see all of my teams work in one place. I also like the automated rules feature, which takes some workload off of me and my team.

I think Asana is not initially very user friendly, and it's interface can be a little confusing.

Asana helps solve the problem of a lack of streamlining in the workplace.

The user-friendly platform.
Easy to learn and teach, and having a mobile app also helps with having a place where everything all in one place.

Helping me and the team be more accountable of our tasks and actions.
If there's anything missing, we surely know who to ask and when was it scheduled.

Good organization tool, but a bit tough to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
Good feature sets, robust scheduling and task management, good UI. Use daily when possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to get up and running - and support is helpful but there are basic functionalities that are difficult to figure out how to do (due today, overdue tasks without moving it from it's existing column, etc).

I wish there were more features available with the most basic tier.

Helping me keep track of the various projects for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can have all the projects in one area. I also like that we have a common platform instead of having to dig through emails text messages, meeting notes and Slack to find out what’s going on with the project. It’s nice to have all the communication in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
That if it is not set up properly, it’s very time-consuming and it is kind of a waste. That people need to check the due dates, Marc when things are complete so other tasks can start. It’s only as good as the information given just like any other software, but sometimes it is hard if I am planning my day looking at my tasks and other people don’t use the software properly. It can really mess a project

I like the deadline feature, and I like the sub tasks where some tasks are reliant on other things being done first the order of operations is extremely important
