Calendar and To-Do list all in one
What do you like best about the product?
I love a list and ticking tasks off - Asana makes this simple and is easy to use. It's great to collaborate with other staff members on tasks and making sure we never forget to do something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to integrate with Hubstaff sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure all teams are across any tasks. Ensuring all fortnghtly/monthly tasks are never forgotten
Asana is efficient and allows me to organize my tasks during the lifecycle of my integration build.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I like how tasks can be made, and you can organize in sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found something to dislike, but it would be great to have mobile functionality that was better to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my project management organized and allowed others to see the tasks completed.
The most organized that I have been in a professional setting!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to keep track of tasks in Asana. As long as your company is enforcing the use and everyone is collaborating correctly, Asana really make it easy to stay organized and communicate across different teams in your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside that I didn't really have to experience is just learning all of the functions of Asana. I can definitely see how overwhelming it could be to learn this technology when you've worked decades out of strictly Outlook or Google. I do think there are a ton of resources, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Asana is rolling out new features to make the technology more user friendly.

I like the UI. It is very pleasant to use.

doesnt translate well between views - if i start on one type htne its awkward to transition to other. from grid -> kanban

The way tasks and projects can be categorized/grouped in virtually any way you’d like.

The software can run pretty slow at time. Requiring a full restart, or even reinstalling the app, causing a delay in workflow,

What do you like best about the product?
Asana excels at task organization and team collaboration, with a clean interface that makes it easy to assign, track, and prioritize work. The customizable project views—like lists, boards, and timelines—help teams stay aligned. Its integration with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom also enhances overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Asana is that it can become cluttered if not well-maintained, especially with large teams or complex projects. Notifications can also get excessive, leading to alert fatigue. Lastly, some users may find the mobile app less intuitive compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps solve the problem of task visibility and accountability within teams by centralizing project information and assigning clear responsibilities. This reduces miscommunication and ensures deadlines are met more consistently. For me, it’s made project tracking more efficient and has improved team coordination across different time zones.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to navigate! It is easy to know when my tasks are due and it's organized very nicely!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe there could be more training on the actual software that could show you short cuts etc.

It is helping spread visibility throughout the company so that we can all see where everyone else is at with different projects!

Utilizing the project function to manage different tasks and assign them to others effectively.

Still do not like the recurring task accumulating in the list view

Not forgetting task for each clients files and being able to assign tasks to other people
Impressive Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great. It keeps me on task, helps project manage across teams and clients, has a great app, and has useful integrations with Google Workspace. We've used a number of project management tools, but this one is the most useful by far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not really. Everything is intuitive and works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily staying on track with each client my firm represents, and also helping team members collaborate on items for multiple clients.
