The ease of communicating with project members

The ability to request certain custom features, like changes to certain projects.

I like having an easy to use checklist. The animations when checking things off are fun.

I don't use it a ton and can't think of anything I really dislike.

It helps us make sure we don't miss any critical items for our business.

It enables to track my own tasks along with those of my colleagues. Also helps me assign tasks rather than trying to remember to remind others

Sometimes the user interface can be a little confusing, specifically when I'm trying to write overall updates for projects

It is helpful that Asana is customizable to cater to different business needs.

Trying to get projects to fall under one umbrella is a bit confusing.

We are trying to streamline our process for projects and it is benefiting that we can keep track of goals.

I am not sure what I dislike about Asana, but I am still giving it a chance.

I do not know how it will benefit us in the long term yet, but I see potential.

It creates tasks and sends reminders when someone creates a task for you. You can comment on task as well and upload files form google drive.

It sends a lot of emails and reminders to you.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful for async collaboration and task management. Very easy and intuitive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if you could assign more than one person to a task, not just list them as a collaborator. And if asana was also a knowledge management tool, I would never stray away!

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and non-bloated like many of the competitors. It's zippy and easy to find what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the process of creating a task was much more streamlined. I often find myself reaching for a piece of paper to make a note for a task to input into Asana later.

Keeping track of all tasks and priorities, and being able to scoot things around as needed.

I love how intuitive Asana is, it’s easy to organize tasks, set deadlines, and keep track of team progress. The layout makes it simple to collaborate without getting overwhelmed. I also appreciate the mobile app when I’m on the go. It really helps me stay on top of work without feeling scattered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications can get a little overwhelming, especially if you’re part of multiple projects at once. I wish there were more advanced customization options to control what types of updates I get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay organized and avoid missing deadlines, especially when I’m juggling multiple projects. It’s solved the issue of having information scattered across emails, sticky notes, and random docs. Now everything is in one place, and I can track progress, communicate with my team, and manage tasks efficiently. It’s definitely reduced stress and made my workflow smoother.

Keeping everything organized, tasks, categories, adding team members, integration with Ai, integration with Fireflies.

There is not much one of my most used systems.
