Amazing CWM platform
What do you like best about the product?
The step by step instructions with toolkits and live support. I appreciate the ability to review a video in most of their trainings and then it is accompanied with a practical use plan. Vey efficient processes and great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a downside to Asana since implementing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks Management, organizational alignment for project submittal, cross-functional communications and solutions for work management. Asana is allowing consistent communication across multi channel teams who need to align on goals and projects. The AI integration and automations allow for less redundancies and better operating experience.
A great tool and project manager
What do you like best about the product?
I think Asana excels at being able to assign and track tasks to individuals or teams, with great features to link, attach, tag, and add information to each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that it can be an overly complicated interface at times, it can be confusing and longwinded to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently do not have a project manager, so Asana serves as the way we organize tasks among our team and other teams.
Streamlined my tasks management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has transformed how I work. It makes task management easier, enhances my productivity, and ensures I stay on top of all my responsibilities. Whether it’s keeping my tasks organized, tracking progress, or managing multiple projects. One of the features I appreciate the most is how my boss adds tasks for me. It makes it easy to not only see all my tasks but also filter and view them by different projects, ensuring I don’t lose track of anything important. I find myself using Asana daily, if not multiple times a day. It’s become my go to tool to keep a close eye on my tasks and their progress. Whether it’s completing tasks or simply checking in on what’s coming up it is just so user-friendly. The calendar view is especially helpful for managing individual tasks it allows me to put my own tasks into calendar and make sure to stay on top of follow-ups I have to do to achieve the task that have been assigned to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I face some glitches sometimes but overall, no complaints at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My task management, it has been a game changer for me to stay on top of my tasks list and ensure they get completed.

What do you like best about the product?
I can set tasks to recur at custom intervals, and it's really quick and simple to move something to next week if I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Outlook integration could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to keep track of a lot of tasks across a wide variety of projects, and Asana helps me do that. Not having to keep track of them in my head not only avoids dropping something, but also gives me mental peace.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and move feature that allows you to re-order tickets and copy and paste new ones with their titles as the URL links.
What do you dislike about the product?
The comment section could be better in terms of usability and convenience. For example, it'd be nice to start a thread in the comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is really useful in organizing and scoping out projects and breaking the tasks down into manageable chunks. It helps provide a tangible direction for me and my team, and allows us to continue moving forward when we have completed a feature and aren't sure what to do next.
Easy to use and comprehensive tool
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Asana's calendar view to help track when my team's communications are being sent out. This view is comprehensive and easy to use. I'm in Asana basically all day, every day, and have been easily able to train my team on how to use the software to manage their projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging part of Asana is figuring out how to build out tasks. In a way, it's almost too customizable, which can make it challenging to determine how to nest subtasks. My team also really struggled with the project - task - subtask terminology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows our team to make sure we are not inundating our constituents' inboxes and mailboxes. It allows us to track when we are sending out communications and what kind of communication we are sending out.
Asana has been quick and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly I am personally not someone to use lists. I generally prioritize my life in my head. I was told I would need to use this for work, and given all of that, I still find it a delight to use. I hate task lists because they often feel like another task to maintain, and this feels less like a task and more like a well organized prioritization tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little bit better real time update for working with teams on the same list. Especially because most of my Asana use is with others, it would be nice to have close to 1:1 updates when another person is working on a board with you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping myself and others know what has been done on a project, and what is left undone. It also helps us keep track of our progress. It's been incredible for that and has made collaborating much easier.
Asana, great communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can tall thru the app. Plus the assignment of tasks is centralized
What do you dislike about the product?
The pages can be cluttered and scattered.
