Level Up with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to integrate with workspace. The onboarding process is very easy because the user interface and experience make it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of native applications could make it difficult when trying to streamline some processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, resource management and workload
Great app for tracking projects!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, is basically self explanatory, although they have a great resources library. Very easy to create and manage tasks, and most importantly, share with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for the higher tier, other than that nothing at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my workflow, allowing me to create projects and tasks, sharing it with the team.

I enjoy the flexibility of the tool and customization.

I dislike how things can feel buried within the platform.

Transparency of the work that teams and everyone is doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add display information in a variety of ways. Ability to link resources and materials directly to tasks. The overview page that allows us to put the project in context.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still not fully sure of all of its capacities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to keep track of our clients, subscriptions, project management. We wear many hats and can't possibly stay organized without a project management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Asana is how easy it is to create, assign, and track tasks. The interface is clean and intuitive, and it really helps me, and my team stay organized. I love being able to break projects down into smaller tasks, set deadlines, and have everything in one place. The integration with tools like Slack and Google Drive is also a big plus, and the board view helps visualize progress at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s hard to find subtasks, especially when there are many of them nested inside different tasks. It can also be a bit overwhelming to read through all of them when they are compiled together in one view. A better way to manage or filter subtasks would definitely improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using it, we often lost track of deadlines or had miscommunication about who was responsible for what. Now, with Asana, every task is assigned, prioritized, and has a clear timeline, which makes our workflows smoother and more efficient. It also helps us track progress during meetings and align quickly without needing endless status updates.

It is a bit hard to learn how to use asana due to variety ogf functions

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana keeps our team aligned and on task. It's a fantastic tool to help monitor the progress of our campaigns, while linking the assets in one place for the whole team to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, I made the mistake of assigning Subtasks to my team, assuming they were visible to their teams, but was told they couldn't see it unless I created/assigned TASKS instead of SUBTASKS. It would work better if both could be tagged & dated, making it all visible

It keeps all the tasks within a project in one place, with links to assets

the simplicity for a lite user, and the depths that power users can exploit,

nil, the help platform is very easy to engage w, the Youtube channel and its associated ambasidors are very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use and customizable Asana is - I can use it in different ways to meet my personal as well as my team's needs. It has streamlined so much of our work and there are new features constantly rolled out that continue improving our day to day tasks.
Update: the new rules, workflows and AI tools that have been introduced over the past year have been amazing and made this platform even more beneficial to my day to day.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were additional rules + workflows that applied to sub tasks, however new ones are rolled out constantly so I'm hopeful those will come soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has streamlined many of our processes, made collaborating on projects seamless, and gives us insight into workload capacity.
