Highly intuitive and low effort adoption was exactly what I was looking for.
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to integrate into what software we are already using. It makes a seamless tool to bring all of our software together. It creates efficiencies and allows me to see all of my teams tasks in one place. Our efficiency is through the roof and it helps relieve my teams stress and anxiety around complex projects. We use it every day and it couldn't be much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions could use a more obvious menu scheme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple competing priorities across a range of projects. Our work volume has increased dramatically, and our old methods of tasks management wasn't working. We all used different methods, we needed to consolidate into one format where we could see at a glance if we are on track. It dramatically cuts the number of emails and conference calls we have to generate saving us a lot of time. It also helps my more junior team members to prioritize based on impact and timelines.
Asana is exceptional for organizing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I find Asana extremely helpful in organizing tasks, assigning tasks to individuals and keeping track of what needs to be done. It's very useful to know what to do, see what others are doing in your team and provide assistance when you notice tasks are falling behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality can vary depending on how experienced individuals are with Asana's features, which may lead to slowing down of tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving organizational problems our research team had to be able to complete tasks in a timely manner, this benefiting me and the team.
Asana for Yearly Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for great collaboration among colleagues by colour coding specific areas and allowing task blocking to keep things on time and in proper order.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can appear daunting at first until you become accustomed to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for proper workflow when multiple people rely on each other's tasks to complete their own.
Asana - Keep yourself organized
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is amazing at keeping me organized with all of my clients. I love that I can set up recurring tasks, at the intervals that I need, to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. As my business grew, I knew I couldn't keep it all straight in my head. There was a slight learning curve, as with all softwares you aren't familiar with, but once you learn it, it is so user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really are no downsides to Asana. The only thing I would recommend to others is to get it and learn it BEFORE you need it. This gives you time to learn it and work with it before you are overwhelmed with other things. Once you get the hang of it, you will LOVE it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized. I have multiple similiar tasks for all of my clients, but then they each have unique ones. I set up tasks as they come up for my clients and set the to reoccur so that they don't get missed. I have several important deadlines, and this ensures I don't miss them.
Asana helps me stay in-control of a never ending to-do list!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and overall design of Asana. I've used the tool for years and it helps keep me in control of all the different parts of my role, I use it both personally and professionally. Everyone always asks how I get so much done and I credit much of it to having systems and tools in place like Asana. It's a great tool for keeping track of projects or processes that repeat without reinventing the wheel!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a spreadsheet-style view. We end up doing a lot of work through Airtable because it allows us to see things in a more analytical way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep track of my daily/weekly to-dos and helps me keep each of my key priorities top of mind. Every morning, I start my day with my coffee and Asana!

What I like about Asana is that it's very user friendly.

Will never use another project management system
What do you like best about the product?
I have been an active user of Asana for almost 11 years and even when restructuring my company, I immediately went to Asana to start from ground up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple features I wish Asana had but at the moment can't recall what those were.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a remote Executive assistant and it literally is my bible to make my day function.
Asana serves our needs well
What do you like best about the product?
Task management: it is very easy to track tasks and pass them to teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I worry that ass they add more bells and whistles to the platform it becomes harder for users to navigate. I also had a horrible experience with customer support. While I was reviewing the platform for my org the sales team was very communicative and helpful and as soon as I signed up and ran my credit card they vanished completely. Only they activated my account wrong so we couldn't use Asana for a month. I finally had to pretend to be a new customer to get someone on the phone who could resolve my issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a way of documenting our work and automating recurring projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly for all types of people. I am not an administrative person and it makes great sense to me and helps me keep everything in order.It is super easy to use, it integrates very well with my email and our CRM tool. I use it EVERYDAY. I also started using it for my own personal and family use as well. I LOVE THIS TOOL!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. I have had no issue yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me on track to follow up with dozens of clients that I need to keep a consistent touch with. It helps me care for people better. It takes the stressful to do list in my brain and cleans it up, and makes me feel more confident.
Flexible project management solution for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is highly customizable which has been a great help for our team. The Automations help cut down a lot of extra work. The ease of implementation means that Asana works for our team rather than the other way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a customized demo is difficult. There are a lot of resources for learning Asana, but if you are looking for hands-on support it can be frustrating in comparison with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, Asana is helping us keep information related to our work in one place. It also helps us track all the work we do so so we can better manage resources on our team.
