Very fulfiling!
What do you like best about the product?
How it seems to do almost everything I need to manage my projects and programs. The number of features on offer is just what the doctor ordered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have frankyl started using it and have not seen that far, But I wish it could allow for multiple assignees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making program management easier and more effective. Workflow management is super good

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is available on all my devices and updates instantly when a team member completes a task or moves a date. I specifically like that people can assign tasks and tick them off. The calendar view makes it easy to see an overview of projects we are currently busy with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Inbox is a little too busy for me. I like a more minimalistic view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping everyone up to date with projects and you can view who is responsible for what. It helps that our projects are managed more effectively.

If the board is not yours, it can take a while to understand what's going on. Also the search capabilities are limited

Forgetting tasks given to me, also simplifying the way I tackle objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
1) Enable the possibilty to have a task which can assigned to differnet projects so that different groups of people can also see the same tasks in their own project.
2) Sub-tasks function with owner and due date
3) Clear Inbox to view all the updates/message. You can dimiss those message that you handled and read. You won't miss any information even you are busy in managing other works.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot do the conditional formatting for the tasks under my own rule. e.g. if the task was late, then I may want to highlight the due date in big red background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Same tasks to be viewed by different projects. I have my own team to discuss this topic, setting the actions and owner. Meanwhile, same topic will be interested to be shared with different teams or even upper management, then I don't need to create another tasks and repeat all the information again to others. I just need to add this task to another project(s).
2) Setting sub-tasks and owners. This can help the team to know what exactly the steps for different team members to work on this main task.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team is able to share tasks and ongoing to-do lists all in one place and keep track of the progress of each other's tasks. I also like the workflows for ongoing tasks to be able to repeat each day/week, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if items that I was a collaborator on would be added to my tasks section to follow along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing my team and I to collaborate and stay up to date on tasks we are working on so that we can keep each other accountable and projects moving forward in a timely manner.
So many capabilities for vast variety of work components! It seems like it is an all-in-one program

Can look a bit cluttered, a simple more customised aesthetic would be great.

Asana - Helping Me Get Organized One Project at A Time :D
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana as intuitive functions to help you get your projects organizing and stay on track. In just a busy market as event planning, this is essential!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a longer learning curve with Asana but the on demand and live training are so helpful. Once you learn something new with this program, I find it easy to remember!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me to organize my tasks lists and make sure my tasks and event projects are completed on time.
Asana keeps our business accountable, and on track!

The best thing is accountability. The second best thing is not letting things slip through the cracks!

There is a learning curve at first; it was not that intuitive to set up at first, but once under way it was a breeze!

Multiple users with multiple projects...who is grabbing what, and who is not.

It's easy to use and I was able to train my team to manage their daily workflow.

Sometimes it has too many options, and gets confusing.
