Asana is a Project Management Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana allows for high level overview of projects as well as nitty gritty tasks that go into the bigger projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
When links or docs are linked in the project, it would be great for those to show up on the Overview tab in the Key resources section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is taking care of tracking the day to day and how that plays into the bigger goals for myself, the team and the company.

Helps keep me organized and great for presenting dashboards.

I wish it was better at connecting with other software platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I produce approx 15 tradeshows a year, and Asana allows for me to stay organized an aligned with hitting deadlines and follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I lease dislike about Asana, is that I never thought to download it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timelines, timelines, timelines! It keeps me on top of all of my many tasks.
Super useful tool to streamline work flow and communication between teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love that tasks are listed out in a neat way with the ability to set tasks assigned to people. It's one of the cleaner platforms for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I could know more about differentiating between description and comments. I also wish I could hyperlink in comments..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing various projects at once. I work in CPG, and this platform is very useful to track the development process of each product.
Program has a good balance of being simple, yet effective with the ability to create and view tasks

Simple dashboard and task creation allow for effective usage and organization

Would like desktop notifications on my screen when tasks are created.

Allows for me to collaborate with my supervisor and quickly create and complete tasks
Having Asana has been a great experience for our organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Me and my team really enjoyed working with Asana for the collaboration capabilities and tools its offer. It streamlines communication in between project stakeholders vs having to hop on a meeting or use old-school project management tools (Excel or Drive).
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping Asana will have a capability of running meetings with a timer and use the platform to set Agenda and collaborate on next steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and Communication between project stakeholders; keeping track of a project's goals.
Asana has helped me stay on track and get tasks completed.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Asana is that I do not need to track a written to-do list anymore. I am able to track all of my task for myself and for my team in one place as well as keep my leadership in the loop on my progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part (which was easier then other platforms I tried) was just getting to know the system and learning it. Again, this was a minor thing and easier than other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me track my tasks and execute them. I found myself forgetting a task on my to-do list before using Asana and now am able to track them and keep my leadership in the loop about my progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Asana is the way it encourages team buy-in by allowing everyone to see the entire project from start to finish. This creates transparency, identifies bottlenecks, and opens up opportunities for growth and increased efficiency. It keeps people on track—I especially like the task dependencies feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Asana are that it can be overwhelming and feel like extra work for people who aren’t detail-oriented or tech-savvy. Is there a way to make Asana more user-friendly?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows us to catch it all! We rely on it to manage all our tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Creando diferentes proyectos y desglosando cada proyecto en tareas separadas. Poder agregar los colaboradores apropiados. Agregando formularios. Una vez que domine la creación de reglas, puedo ver que eso también será muy útil. Te hace sentir tan realizado al marcar elementos de tu lista. También es útil asignar tareas, fechas de finalización y proporcionar actualizaciones del proyecto.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all staff have access due to the cost, so it is only used for leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and collaboration are way easier with Asana. It outlines tasks, assigns them to the appropriate person, and gives a deadline. It streamlines processes.
