Great Tool for Structure & Organizing
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to group and separate projects, creating shared teams, projects, and tasks for specific people and teams in your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be somewhat confusing, especially for new users and/or you have many projects going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us to plan for, development, and run multiple programs simultaneously for clients in a time-efficient and still quality manner.
Powerful tool, but not very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana just makes teamwork click! The visual boards help me see exactly where projects stand, and I can customize my workspace to fit how I think.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for new users. The interface, while colorful, isn't always intuitive and can overwhelm team members at first.
The commenting system lacks robust formatting options, making complex discussions difficult to follow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have a single source of truth where everyone can see who's responsible for what and when it's due. This visibility has eliminated those "I thought someone else was handling that" moments completely.
Great System to use
What do you like best about the product?
The reliability of the system is great, the ability to add documents to it is also very important in the fashion we use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easy way to pull the data/dates from the schedule into a tracker format. If it was able to pull the tasks start and end date for each project and format it in a tracker view for excel that would be awesome. If it had a view that was date only in columns by tasks and subtasks so you could see all of the projects side by side and adjust those dates accordingly then you quickly and easily forecast those dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps multiple team members work within a single project with many tasks assigned to multiple people and all that relative data be current between all so everyone is seeing the same thing, and it is easy to pull in a team member to attend to an assigned task.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps our team aligned, organized, and efficient. With task assignments, due dates, and project tracking, nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a game-changer for collaboration and accountability and without excessive meetings throughout each week!
What do you dislike about the product?
Aesthetics feel a bit bland. A more modern, visually engaging design would make the experience even better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the chaos of project management by keeping everything organized in one place. It streamlines task assignments, deadlines, and communication, reducing missed details and endless email threads or more virtual meetings. The benefit? Our team stays aligned, productive, and focused on getting real work done—without the usual back-and-forth. Functionality is top-notch.
Slow progress but getting lots done
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is powerful and has lots of different views for me to see the tasks that are still pending
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it needs to be more flexible, but maybe I’m just used to Asana. I don't like that when I press on a column title, it sorts instead of letting me select the column to move it.

Letting us manage our projects and has great security which is something we value

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add a Due Date AND Time! Being able to add notes, link, information to each task is very helpful.

The Dashboard seems a little busy when you have a large team under you.

I love how Asana helps me stay organized and keeps me on track, allowing me to focus on my tasks efficiently. It empowers me to check off my to-dos daily, which is incredibly satisfying and ensures nothing is overlooked. I also appreciate the ease of collaboration through the ability to assign tasks to others, as it enhances teamwork and accountability. The feature to create and manage checklists is particularly valuable, as it provides a clear structure for task management. Moreover, I found the initial setup of Asana to be super easy, which made the transition to using the tool smooth and hassle-free.

I think it could be more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

How to simplify your life with a PM tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am someone who needs a complete breakdown of information to immediately understand what is happening with a project. Ideally, Asana allows me to establish color coding to facilitate my team’s workflow. It also enables me to organize the team in a way that doesn’t require centralized information but rather distributes it across multiple interconnected projects. This way, I can track tasks in real time, focus on client-specific needs, and manage workloads efficiently across my team.
Asana lets you develop your own usage strategy and internal company policies for its implementation. There is no set way to use it—it’s an adaptive tool that allows you to create strategies and processes. This makes it fantastic for daily use.
We initially thought it would be difficult to implement in our company, but it turned out to be one of the easiest tools to integrate with our existing systems!
Daily use and updates through automation make our lives much easier!
Customer support is always available, on time, and aware of all our notifications.

Personally will love to manage the tasks as milestones and approvals differently, is not a real issue but generates sometimes blockers for my team.

Seamless platform with incredible features that make it very easy manager projects
What do you like best about the product?
Layout, ease of finding content, tagging, grouping, and receiving requests. Seeing the tasks organized helps keep track of what is coming up without being overwhelmed by the volume.
What do you dislike about the product?
When submitting a request form, I still need to request access from the receiver even though I created it. It makes editing/updating it a bit of a pain but it's not a major issue
