Asana has EXCELLENT training
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that the Asana platform is amazing for streamlining work and coordinating work throughout an organization. I have been very impressed with the training modules I have worked through and how thourough they are. I have recommended it to several friends in different industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is trying to get all parties on board to make Asana work efficiently. Without buy in from EVERYONE, it is hard to streamline the work effort for it to help everyone work better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me with keeping all information in one place to be easily accessible. It also helps me with scheduling and accomplishing tasks.
An organizational dream
What do you like best about the product?
Asana does the job of helping me stay organized and prioritize my work but what I love about it is the ability to collaborate with my fully remote team. We can work on complex projects with ease since we all know what we are responsible for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although its pretty user friendly I know there is more that I am unaware of and need some education on to get the most out of this tool. Sometimes I feel intimidated or like I'm not using it correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is keeping me organized daily with Task Management and is helping my team plan ahead with the Marketing Calendar. We are fully remote but Asana makes it feel like we are all in the same room. The visual clarity Asana bring us is a game changer.
Great for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to collaborate with teammates easily. The lists and timeline features are my absolute favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have multiple notes on the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
History of tasks maintained with each task and linking across projects with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gantt chart functionality is mediocre - other software allow easy changes to single tasks to appropriate reschedule multiple dependent tasks. It works a bit strange in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication on the history of a task, and tracking multiple ongoing initiatives at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean aesthetic and user friendly interface, as well as AI's ability to assist in finding creative ways to be more efficient in organization
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, but I do with for rosters on Asana boards I had an easier way to copy/paste and export to CSV. I also like the option to copy all fields and then drag and drop into Outlook if I have a list of email addresses for a column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving a problem of tasks and collaborators having to juggle multiple apps to cover our processes. Asana does great at having all of this live in one central place where notifications are sent out by email.

What do you like best about the product?
After 19 years in business, we recognized the need for a more structured approach to accountability as our company continues to grow. That’s why we implemented Asana—to ensure clarity, streamline workflows, and keep every facet of our business on track. I now have the ability to track and manage tasks like never before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I don't like about the platform.

With an expanding team and increasing complexity in operations, Asana provides us with a centralized system for task management, project tracking, and internal communication. It allows us to assign responsibilities, set clear deadlines, and monitor progress in real time. By creating structured workflows, we can ensure that every department stays aligned and tasks are being completed in a timely manner.

Ability to add tasks to different projects

Inability to easily add group subtasks to a project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group work and the ability for everyone to have a unique board while populating shared tasks on multiple boards.
