Intuitive and useful!
What do you like best about the product?
The product is great at helping me keep in touch with my manager's needs and plans for our team. Everything is easily organizable and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor learning curve in the beginning.

Asana is great for keeping me appraised of my team's functions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like creating projects in Asana such as requests for the marketing team to create assets (signage, sticker, copy) . Also I like the daily task reminders and communicating with my Review Ambassadors about their schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when Asana crashes. Also when we upgraded to enterprise back in the day I lost all my projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, communication with team mates and contractors. Fun milestone celebrations
ASANA is one of the best tools for organization and communication
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Asana is that it can do so much, meaning it can take the place of communications via Teams, Outlook, gmail, and it can also take the place of task lists, sticky notes, reminders, and alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful thing about Asana is not being able to change date formats, and not having a general file repository for each project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has solved our software licensing and IT onboarding issues by allowing us to track all our software licenses and get alerts when we need to renew or cancel them as well as allowing us to track all the details for each license within that license task.
It has solved other issues like having our whole team in IT be able to track new laptop upgrades and new employee orientations.

Solid software to support connecting with others
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me keep up to speed on the ongoing projects, what my team is doing, what others need from me. The ability to organize projects in different ways allows me to do many different things. I even use it for one on ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to navigate all of the projects I have going at once. I enjoy the portfolio view that was added a few years back, but I would like to see more in that space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me stay connect and on track with my tasks and the tasks of those I work with.

A decent project management software
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Asana for 5 years now and it is one of the easier project management software I encountered. Me and my managers and teams never have any significant problem with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of are the complex template. Whenever we forgot to copy a template, the original template gets mess up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assign tasks to me and completing them on time.

Asana is an outstanding tool for organizing and the.support they offer is one of the best from the software providers we use.
There are definitely best practices on using this software and from beginner to expert the team is wonderful with making it work for your needs and company vision.

Nothing! Asana functions and constant updates provide users with great features to stay up to the time with department and company needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an enablement department we have constant projects in rotation and Asana helps us stay organized and also have visibility to tracking progress related to company goals
Excellent project management platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The features in Asana make it very flexible to address anything from ongoing projects to setting & monitoring company goals and every level of detail in between! They are continuing to build additional features to make the platform more robust and the new AI integrations are a real time-saver!

Volume of information/noifications can be overwhelming. Need to turn off some notifications to make it more useful.

It has provided clarity of work, time management, workload management.
Very versatile for more than just project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I initially used this for just personal and team project tracking and collaboration. Has enough features and options for our needs. We later expanded usage to create project request forms and automated task assignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
For personal project tracking, I found Asana's project heirarchy structure didn't match how our projects are shared and laided out. Because I didn't have to time to customize any further, I just adapted enough so that udpated information is at least shared through Asana to the rest of the team.
