Meets needs but feels restricted
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you're able to see your work in different formats like Boards, Timeline, and more. Its helpful to have this option to help you see your work in different persceptives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the editing features on cards that are created in the boards. If I design one card to meet a need for that task all the other cards follow that formatting. In Trello I can design each card to meet what that task needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to connect all team members working on a project and track progress.
Very easy steps and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
The automization of the workflow is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugging notifications is a little bit annoying but just figured out how to handle that as well.

I am able to use my time more efficiently and collaboration has been made easy.

Been using it for almost a year and still don't have a good system down for project management.

I know Asana is introducing a lot of AI, but I haven't even began to wrap my head around the advancements. I can hardly figure it out on my own.

nothing I strongly dislike yet as a new user.

Asana covers your essential needs, great automations
What do you like best about the product?
It's built for PM so it covers all essential PM needs. Generally speaking, it's easy to use and intuitive. There's plenty of automations via the workflow feature and the AI feature has come a long way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility in some features.

Consolidating all tasks that were previously spread across different platforms into one place where we can finally see bandwidth.

Can feel overwhelming to newbies. I encourage the Foundation badge training.

Daily task organization - I'm more in control of my day/week.
Project Oversight - Created a playbook for my role that my peers can utilize as well.
Personal Development Tracking - More organization in my personal development trainings, learning opportunities, etc. for future discussions with supervisor.

Excellent Project Management Tool with Cool AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
AI helping with creation of sub tasks or rephrasing the text is something I loved the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
If task is for due today, assignee should get notified via email. Currently, I see that the user has to login to Asana to view the tasks that are due today, tomorrow or future date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplying the job of the users with the help of AI certainly helps saves time in creating sub-tasks and ensure that there aren't any grammatical mistakes by rephrasing the content using AI.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an amazing resource to keep your focus on your TASKS. An email inbox can bury many of your priorities and Asana helps me to focus on my priorities in a way that maximizes my daily productivity. The intuitive guides and amazing live training is enough to get you started and knock it out the park at the same time. It's easy to use and has advanced tools that transform you into an expert relatively quickly.

The learning curve was a little initmidating once I started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me solve the problem of being short staffed with competiting priorities that are never ending. I can do MORE with LESS.
