The best training for a work management platform I've ever had!
What do you like best about the product?
The support at Asana is astounding. I don't think I've ever seen such a high level of customer support and training personnel for a tech platform before. Everyone is so helpful and genuine. I thrilled with Asana, would never change this platform with any other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any negative comments about Asana. It's not too difficult like other similar platforms, and at the time same it's not that minimal, it's right in the middle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting all projects into one dashboard view is helping alleviate the stress from upper management handling a lot of projects at once.

The ability to organize and track so many projects with many people at once

Organizing tasks and keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously between multiple people

No examples come to mind. I have been using it since 2020.

Project Management. Completing tasks on time.
Neat productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's comprehensive yet easy to use. I'm impressed with the task list feature for my own productivity. That is, I can create tasks for work but I see that I can also use it for on my own work tasks not related to an actual project. I'm looking forward to learning more as I'm new to Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I was intimidated, but then once I got to know it better I began to like it. The story of my life - LOL!

Versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that even the free version of Asana is very versatile - it can be customized for different kinds of team and project management. Regardless of the type of team, it is an easy tool to use to stay on top of deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on the free version of Asana that make it harder to prioritize tasks as part of a long-term project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay on top of team and project management, especially keeping track of tasks that are recurring.
Great Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best way to get the whole team on the same page with work flow and goals. I love all of the features and app connectivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike about the product thus far.

Asana allows everyone on the team to be on the same page when it comes to organizational goals and work flow
Get things done with less headache and chaos with simplified Asana project management
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, simplified, and help me focus on getting things done rather than endlessly configure but abandon at the end. Our team can just onboard faster without more guidance. Now our team are using everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost cannot be started with one seat which is a bit challenging for solopreneurs or small business owners. Customer support is taking longer to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me organise project better. Its interface help push me to stick to the objectives and get more things done at the end of the day.
Less clutter, and it fits my use case which require to create tasks that can fit with other project without the need to manual add it again.
Now our team is on the same page since it's easy to use, everyone enjoy using it than other softwares.

A Versatile Task Management Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a multifunctional task management software that helps in creating, prioritizing, and assigning tasks. It eases team connectivity and offers multiple project views. Additionally, the availability of a mobile application is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can be hard for new users to learn because it has so many features.

Asana benefiting us in creating, prioritizing and assigning tasks etc.
Horrible Support
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing unique but generous free plan with essential features
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m part of HubSpot Startup program through which was introduced to Asana. I must say that my experience with the support time has been nothing short of incredibly terrible. I have used host of PM tools and every single one of them have been superb with their support. I’m beyond disappointed and will never ever recommend Asana to any of my clients and network. These folks are so laid back and I get a reply from them once a week. @Dear Asana Support team, Please take your job seriously, there are much more capable PM tools who are tremendously successful yet humble and grounded putting customers first.

I wish there was a project quoting option within Asana.

Asana provides a place all team members in each part of the job process can see all pertinent information - job status, any notes, etc. Saves time with team communication and any miscommunication.
