My Honest Review as a Small Biz Owner
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner, I really like how Asana helps me keep everything organized in one place. It’s easy to assign tasks, set deadlines, and see who’s working on what. The layout is clean and straightforward, and I love how it integrates with tools like Google Drive—it saves so much back-and-forth. The timeline view is also a big win when juggling multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for premium features can feel a bit high when you’re working with a small team and tight budgets. Sometimes it feels like overkill for simpler projects or one-off tasks, too. Overall, it’s been a huge help in keeping my business on track, but it’s not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me solve the constant struggle of staying organized and keeping projects on track. It’s easy for tasks to fall through the cracks when you’re managing multiple projects, but with Asana, I can clearly see what needs to be done and who’s responsible for each step. It’s also helped streamline communication with my team—fewer “where are we on this?” emails and more actual progress.
For me, the biggest benefit is the time it saves. Instead of juggling to-do lists in my head or across different platforms, I can trust that everything is in one place. That peace of mind lets me focus more on growing my business instead of just keeping up with it.

Asana is great tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
With Asana, everything is organized and I don't have to keep searching for documents and tasks for each of the teams and as it has dues dates feature we can track progress. It has helped us to be more efficient and productive with each one's time and as it is wasy to use and integrate with tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana was a bit complex to understand at start but eventually you get the hang of it.The implementation is a bit difficult to get understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management is easier even when there are multiple teams working from different locations. And it makes keeping track of work easier and organized for everyone.It helps everyone in a team to collaborate and work simultaneously on various tasks yet keeping it in sync .

What do you like best about the product?
I like creating projects with others that organize all emails, tasks, and information. It is easy to begin projects and track tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve in the number of features I need to become familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me map out the tasks I need to plan and complete to meet my work goals.
Orientation was very helpful and I highly recommend, especially if you've never used Asana before.

Task tracking; it will help me stay more organized than notes on a Sticky.

Seems pretty complex, and would rather have had a longer session that covered more.

It's connection with gmail is revolucionary. Being able to attach emails and to use it directly from gmail.
It is easy to implement in a work environment, and we use it daily, all the time.

It is a little slow when you want to create a task through an email.

Knowing what tasks does the other team members have. Being able to manage the workflow in the team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use with great functionality out the box. Abiility to capture tasks quickly and then use rules to present priorities and key dates back. AI functionality helps write clear tasks and reports to share with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike about Asana. I would recommend the training session to ensure you benefit from some of the more advanced features as they make a big difference to the outcomes of using Asana.

Great tool for Project & Task Management, regardless of team size
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Asana for over five years in all the companies I've worked in. It has a learning curve, but once you get used to it, it saves a lot of time. It's great for small and large teams.

Maybe it's just the learning curve. But it's not that hard to understand how to use it.

Task Management & having an overview of what everyone is working on.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps one so organized! The connection between Slack and Outlook has also been really helpful. Very user-friendly and easy to get started.

Not everyone on the team uses it so it cannot always be used on every work team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us all stay organized and on track of deadlines. Keeps me balanced at work!
Great Tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to lay out tasks for all team members and a great way to organize needs for project manangement. It's especially helpful while working remotely and an easy way to communicate project needs to team members, as well as a simple way to hold each other accountable to needed tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could copy and paste the "assignee" to assign multiple tasks at once for the same person since some projects lean more heavily on certain people. Having to click each assignee individually (when it's the same person down the line for multiple tasks) is more time consuming.

It's great for organizing project needs, team communication, and team accountability
