Flexible Work management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a good customizaton views,easy task management tracking. It can be itegrated with google cloud and zoom e.t.c
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana free tool offers basic features, for more advanced featuers priceable but with features it is providing it is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps in project and team management. Tracing deliverables and challanges , blockers. It is helping to increase team productivity by helping in seamless collabaration .
Nothing falls through the cracks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows teams to break down projects into manageable tasks with deadlines, assignees, and clear priorities. This makes it easy to stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can be overwhelming for new users due to its wide range of features and settings. It might take time to learn how to fully leverage its capabilities, which can be a barrier for teams that need a quick setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides a clear, structured way to assign tasks to specific individuals, set deadlines, and track progress. This makes it easy to see who is responsible for what and when it’s due.

I use it everyday, it helps me stay organized and prioritize my workload. It's easy to use, and integrates with other apps.

There are a lot of features, feels overwhelming to learn to use all of it.

The AI features are super helpful, but everything is very customizable for our team.

It can be overwhelming having a ton of options, so you sometimes have to dig into trainings to figure out how to best help your team with the project layouts.

Asana is helping us streamline our productivity to one platform while allowing us to work in various ways to accomplish the same goals.

I love how intuitive the platform is and it's relatively easy to learn and implement across my organization.

It's difficult to learn how to implement rules and dependencies in some visual views.

Tmeline and task management software solution
Powerful but easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana emails me reminders of tasks and their due dates, and it is easy to edit those tasks and due dates. I use Asana several times a week to stay on track with projects and communicate/assign next steps to coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana seems like it is a more powerful tool than my team is currently using it for; we struggle with time to learn how to use Asana in more complex ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks for projects that can't live in our CRM, ensuring effective collaboration for complex projects across teams, and keeping teams informed while half our organization works a hybrid schedule.
Asana works great for our team
What do you like best about the product?
We love using this tool to keep our team organized, on task and on time. It's great for collaborating. It's easy to use, and we use it every day to make sure we are hitting deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integrations that we don't use to their fullest that we probably could. Also not everyone on our team uses it to it's fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the many projects, tasks and deadlines all together in one place so we can resource effectively.
The platform is intuitive, visually organized, and makes collaboration seamless.

Simplicity of use, onboard teams and the facility of create our own asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find a bit frustrating is that some features—or new functionalities—are limited to specific billing plans. It would be great if more features were accessible across all plans to make the platform even more inclusive and beneficial for a wider range of users.

Asana helps me and my team stay organized and on top of our priorities. It centralizes all our tasks, deadlines, and projects in one place, reducing confusion and making collaboration much easier.
Best Project/Task Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps our teams stay in the loop, better communicate, and track tasks/projects. We can streamline our activities, reduce meetings, and meet deadlines. Implementation is easy and training and customer support are awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Users have to adopt to using the system - it's only as good as its users! Getting full adoption takes time and effort from the time of implementation.

Asana gives us the ability to use one system to communicate and share information in one place.
