Keeps me organized and on task
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep different areas of my life in order without having to blend them together.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there isn't a free option for individuals who want to use vs. large teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Asana for some time now, and it has truly transformed the way my team collaborates and stays organized. The platform is intuitive, feature-rich, and has made task management much more streamlined and efficient. I especially love how customizable it is, allowing us to create workflows that fit our team’s unique needs.
Recently, I attended a training session on how to unlock efficiency with Asana’s AI feature, and it was incredibly helpful! Essence was knowledgeable and made complex concepts easy to understand. I learned several new tips and tricks.

What do you like best about the product?
How organized it is and how organized it keeps me. My team's mission is that if the task isn't in Asana, it doesn't exist. It's so great for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about Asana, but I look forward to becoming more of an experienced user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me organized, helps me stay on track of my tasks and when things are due, helps our organization stay organized through all of our tentpole campaigns. Its my lifeline on the daily basis.

This is a great project and task management tool, I'm excited to use it for my workflows

Efficiency and centralising resources
Really great and frequent training that allows you to use the app

The training is really comprehensive and doesnt cost anything additional

Without the training the user doesnt know all the different features that the app has to offer. The training is a really helpful and important way to learn how to use the app to the fullest of it's ability.

It solves the issues of visibility of disfferent people's tasks and helps you have a more clear undersanding of what each team member is doing.
Made task management easier and better for my whole organization
What do you like best about the product?
I use asana on daily basis and its easy to use features have made task management easier. I really feel that after using asana I am able to track my deadlines.

I feel that the allocation of task can be done better by integrating with crm.

Used to manage using sticky notes and causing me to forget tasks.
Great for Beginners, but Limited Without Paid Plan

Asana is a great tool with a straightforward interface and a fast learning curve, making it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the most useful features are only available in the paid plan, which can be limiting for smaller teams or budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me organize tasks, workflows, due dates, and responsibilities in one place, making it easier to manage projects efficiently. It also allows me to quickly identify the status of each project, ensuring everything stays on track and nothing gets overlooked.
Streamlined Project Management with Custom Fields
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana keeps all our information organized and visible to those who need to see it, with dashboards that let us see all our projects at a glance. I like using multihoming for specific tasks and custom fields within projects to have unique fields in different tasks. Making changes in Asana is very simple to visualize and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish information from portfolios could be pulled into projects and tasks. I wish we could easily turn fields and task notes into a summarized PDF or form.

Asana keeps our information organized and visible, lets us see all projects at a glance, and we use multihoming and custom fields to handle specific tasks efficiently within projects.
