Great for complex cross functional work and small team collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility that Asana offers in assigning tasks and creating workflows for just about any type of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve to strt using asana, so careful implementation is key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with visibility and tracking of tasks and progress on them for different simultaneous project at different stages at our RE Development firm.

Not impressed, but not disappointed

What do you like best about the product?
It does the basics of project management well but nothing spectacular.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think in totality the product is not very impressive from a wholistic standpont.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use the solution for ticketing for internal support. It does what it needs, but I think it is not as dynamic of a project management tool to be one that is able to solve for that particular use-case.

An app that makes your time more valuable

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool for task and team management. Its simple interface and intuitive UX made possible to start using right away for most simple tasks but we are made feel that the app has much more potential to improve the day to day efficiency.

I make sure to use it daily to track mine and my team's activites, delegate and foster accountability. This has consistently improved the workflow in a way that we can do more tasks in less than simply by reducing communication noise.

In regards to support, so far I did not need it but I see we have many resources to search by ourselves and I apprecitate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One are of improvement could be the integration between Asana and Gmail and other external apps, just to make the process smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is the delegating and tracking team tasks in a way to foster accountability. Asana is making all of this possible to achieve.

Task and project management is awesome here. Easy to use and implement and integrate.

Should lower the plan prices or include some more feature in the lower plans.

Number of tasks pending and progress of them, also the ease of assigning them

What do you dislike about the product?
1. weak search
2. no OCR search inside files
3. poor file organization (good example of implementation in slack)
4. Messaging needs to be improved! Build a good chat.
5. Allow time management in the mobile version.
6. More flexible automations for working with mail

8. Weak reports, especially for accounting of time spent (for example, there is absolutely no way to see the team's throughput in hours (for example: an employee can work 40 hours a week, and it is difficult to compare how many hours he has a task for and then compare it with the fact)

Makes Task Management Easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps me gain more visibility into my tasks. I use it daily and have integrated it with Google, making it better and easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No time-specific task allocation and also it would be better if a specific hours can be allocated to a task rather than days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to manage all my tasks using excel and sticky notes and using Asana it has been simple to create a marketing calendar for all my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Team work is so much easier. The rules, personalized process, fields, and tabs makes it a perfect place to elaborate a projet for my teams. It is our main plateform, we use it every day, Many integrations are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much !
it is hard to find deleted task.

communication on different projects. No more email.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick set up and ease of use was a game changer! I used it to launch a fundraiser plan for a school program and although it was the entire team's first time in the program—everyone followed along quickly once I set up the plan!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't able to set up different goals for departments or projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can set up rules and that there is an option to add guests so clients can see our marketing calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more documentation or tutorials on how to utilize some of the apps and features.
