Life Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been great for keeping all of my to-dos in one place. I've been able to build out projects, include milestones, and keep myself on track and well as keep others informed in the process. My team knows exactly what each of us are working on, what stage we're at, and how they are involved/their tasks. I use Asana for team tasks and my everyday to-dos. It's been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without taking the trainings first, Asana can be a bit daunting. It's not for beginners. Though, once you get the hang of it, it's pretty great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana gives the entire team visability into other's projects and tasks. It helps us evaluate workload and collaboration efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?
When my tasks pile up and aren't properly sorted, it can become overwhelming, making it difficult to prioritize tasks. Additionally, setting up and managing workflow rules can sometimes be complex, requiring more time and effort. Sometimes the rules aren't easy to manage and can create glitches.

Great ramp-up trainings - even for people who have used Asana before
What do you like best about the product?
You can make it as simple or complex as you need it to be.
I've used it in many roles - CMO, program lead, consultant - most recently as an escalation point for website dev, but never did the training before to create and manage my own projects and task lists. The trainings are just the right pace for me - not slow and annoying, just the right amount of content. I feel like this is a tool that will grow with me and my teams' needs - even as I continue to take on different leadership roles.

Asana Review - Empowering Teams and Simplifying Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
From the intuitive task management capabilities to the visual flexibility of List, Board, Calendar, Gantt and timeline views, Asana caters to every workflow need. Tasks are easy to track and prioritize while dependencies and due dates ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Workload is one of my favorite features too which gives a clear snapshot of each team member commitments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overwhelming notifications which can be distracting and mobile app limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a portfolio of projects across the company
Add two or more assignees in ASANA.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Asana for its organized, systematic structure and user-friendly interface, making it accessible to new users. Whether using the free or paid version, it offers flexibility for learning at any pace, with no restrictions or limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main suggestion for Asana is to allow multiple assignees for a single project task, as our construction and maintenance work in the UK often requires two or more team members on site to address each job effectively. This feature would greatly enhance our collaboration and efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana’s ability to track progress and attach supporting evidence is invaluable in our work. In construction, having documented proof of progress is essential for our completion reports, ensuring transparency and accountability at each project stage.
Easy to use project management

Basic Asana Training
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it had a lot of customized features and seemed to encapsulate features I see in the Google suite in one centralized place.

There are a ton of options to choose from and subtasks and things. It was a bit overwhelming but I think it would be clarified by additional training sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I havent used Asana in my worklife just yet. I went to an intro session to see if it would be helpful to integrate in the way I manage projects and organize my work.
