World's best work management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana combines a unique combination of work management, clarity of single source of truth, process unification and trnsparency in one tool. Multiplatform use (Apple platforms, Android and Windows) and many native integrations like Hubspot, Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 make it right choice for almost any organization. We use it every day and onboarding was really intuitive and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
More languages of system interface would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining and automating processes. It brings clarity, timeline and responsibility into work.
Asana is a complete gamechanger to cross-functional teams!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers organization, transparency, and collaboration to teams of all sizes. It is easy to learn and use daily and implement across the organization or departments and smaller teams. I also really enjoy the customer support that is offered with my subscription. They provide one-on-one support and solutions to specific problems. Lastly, this platform was easy to integrate with other platforms such as outlook, teams and DOMO.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "downside" is that there are constant updates with new features. This is a downside because it can cause more work to rework certain projects or workflows, but overall a good problem to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping our team collaborate better and complete work faster. We leverage async communications to have more focused and strategic meetings, allowing us to focus on the actual work. More productivity and autonomy among the team while working towards the same goals, boosts morale and employee retention.
Really excited to dive into inputing all my projects and to-do lists into one place
What do you like best about the product?
I feel so much better after going through the training with Vanina. My supervisor just kind of said, "here, log into this..." and I had no idea what I was doing. V was very awesome about making me feel comfortable about clicking buttons and exploring my page!
What do you dislike about the product?
that I didn't have the courage to start this earlier. It was very overwhelming when I first opened the program. I blame that on my supervisor, not Asana. I shoud've taken the training 3 months ago!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
assisting me in getting organized with very detailed task lists
Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a lot of features that make it a powerful project management tool, but here are a few things I particularly like:
Asana's design is intuitive and clean, which makes it easy for teams to adopt. It's organized in a way that lets you see tasks, timelines, and team members’ progress at a glance.
You can create workflows that suit specific team needs. Whether you prefer lists, boards (like in Kanban), or a calendar view, Asana accommodates different work styles.
Asana allows seamless collaboration. Team members can assign tasks to one another, leave comments, attach files, and set priorities or deadlines, making communication within projects much more efficient.
These features make Asana especially strong for team collaboration, project management, and workflow optimization.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is a powerful tool, it has some limitations that can be frustrating for certain users or teams. Here are a few potential downsides:
Overwhelming for New Users: The flexibility of Asana can be daunting for beginners. With so many features and options, onboarding can be a challenge for teams that are unfamiliar with project management tools.
Limited Advanced Reporting: Asana’s built-in reporting features are somewhat basic, especially compared to more advanced tools like Jira. Teams that require in-depth analytics or reporting may find Asana lacking in this area without third-party integrations.

Asana the Ultimate Organizer

I do not dislike anything about Asana. So far all of the tools have been useful and helpful.

Organization.
Asana is a visually appealing tool that has optimized my team's processes
What do you like best about the product?
Timelines, project templates, multi-homing, unicorns and narwhals dancing across my screen
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has to be a task with a due date in order to appropriately use the reporting function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing processes so I don't have to write workflows out on a word document
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana's UI over other project management tools and the flexibility it offers for using across processes, such as project tasks and tracking, weekly meeting agendas, tasks, and next steps, as well as big picture items. I like that it allows for collaboration and transparency among team members. The integration with Teams and Outlook is also helpful. I enjoy the animations when tasks are completed, and I like the way that different projects can be sectioned. I like that tasks have descriptions and people can add comments and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that tasks can't be assigned to more than one person - some tasks are collaboration tasks, but adding collaborators is not the same level of accountability as "assignees". I also wish there was a better way to display subtasks rather than having to click on the task and go into details. I also wish it was easy to upload xlsx files and extract data from them to Asana projects. When I have done them, the upload has not been seemless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping with making our work more collaborative and increasing transparency and accountability in tasks. I also want it to be a tool that helps manage smaller as well as larger tasks. It is lowering noise from emails and helping consolidate workflows from using multiple spreadsheets or word documents to an integrated tool, hence improving efficiency.
