Effortless Task Management with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is its intuitive interface that makes task management effortless.
The most helpful aspect is how it streamlines team collaboration and keeps everyone aligned on project goals. The upsides of using Asana include its features for organising tasks, tracking progress, and fostering seamless communication among team members."

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered anything I dislike about Asana yet. It has been a great tool for our team, and I haven't encountered any downsides so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping to solve several business problems from streamlining our teams' communcation, tracking progress and enhancing productivity.

there are a lot of features that take a little time to get familiar with, but they offer free trainings and support articles

Helpful tool for managing work
What do you like best about the product?
This is a fantastic tool for managing projects and work across your company. The set up makes it easy to assign tasks,deadlines and stay on top of due dates. The interface is pleasing to the eyes. We use this on a daily basis dor keeping track of everything our team is working on. It also easily integrates with other tools such as slack, google suite, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it a bit overwhelming to use at first, but after digging around i was able to learn the basics. I have recently been taking advantage of Asana's live trainings to learn even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This makes it very clear who is responsible for what tasks on a project and when they are due.
Workflow better than ever
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me and my organization to keep our workflow in once system which has multiple features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definelty need to learn more about each feature and get familiar to the technology.

Creating a view on all task and projects going on form different teams in the organization.

How powerful it is for work or even personal management of time.

I can't seem to automatically assign myself in a new task

Time blocking really helps and the sectioning of each task is a great deal organizing all these overwhelming thread of task.
Asana is the more than just a project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's comprehensive, and when an organisation uses it across functions, Asana becomes so powerful that you can view workflows, automate repetitive tasks, keep track of projects AND corporate goals, see how different teams are working on different projects and it all comes in a very fun and easy-to-use, intuitive interface.
Also, whenever I had issues with my account, I can always count on customer support to help resolve my questions!

What do you dislike about the product?
It works the best only when everyone in a team/ organisation is onboard to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use Asana to manage all the different tasks I have across different projects and understand where I need to prioritise.

Its easy to use UI and the ability to customize tasks and projects

Everything the application has to offer to me and my time is sufficient to follow our project updates

It helps teams from different geo locations to sync on topics and projects without the need to be in the same company
Great Product for Project Management and Workflow at all levels
What do you like best about the product?
Robust application has many features, yet as a beginner using Asana, I can set up what I need efficiently with the tutorial videos and training events they offer for users. As a project manager, I manage multiple projects with many deadlines and this will help our teams be able to not only see status but access information on any project all in one place, even linking to our Dropbox account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like personal assistance in setting up -and if not, maybe even some questions about the user when the begin asking about what kinds of projects they are doing and what their goals are and then make some suggestions about where to begin in the video and tutorial trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me manage multiple projects with multiple tasks, some repetitive, some are customized per project, with multiple deadlines that repeat ever year or two years. The projects are able to get completed more efficiently with multiple teams collaborating on the project and we can see progress to ensure more consistent productivity. This allows an office of all remote workers to be on the same page of every project on a daily basis and allows for checks and balances to build our best practices much more efficiently.
Great tool to organize since your daily life 'till all your company's operations.
What do you like best about the product?
The IA integrated more quickily your job, and it's very helpfully. More free time for you, or you can use irt for another task
What do you dislike about the product?
After you use Asana, you cannot use another tool like this that matches its capabilities. In other words, there is nothing else on the wall beyond it.

Organize all workflows and follow-up them

It's straightforward to use. That has helped me learn to organize my meetings and gather all my notes properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a better way of categorizing meetings.
