Asana is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Asana was to learn. I recently started a new position at a company that uses Asana. I was intimidated to learn a new platform, but Asana was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a representative who would help my organization take advantage of all of the features. I am sure there is!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps my nonprofit organization successfully run our appeals and stay organized.
Great task manager
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to organize tasks, assign out as needed, and get work done. I use it everyday... it's essential in my work and I rely on it heavily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was minimal time to learn the processes and how it works, but there is a short learning curve as there would be with all software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of managing tasks and keeping it all organized. I know what I have going on as well as what my teammates are working on. And, we review it as a team twice a week to make sure we're all on task.
A Great New Way To Work
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is so much more than a to do list. You can add timelines to your tasks which help you manage your workload efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to how it can be used. For example, we are an events company and use Asana to generate event workflow from start to finish. Due to Asana limitations, we have to create each event as a Project which means an abundance of projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us work together efficiently and see all projects and tasks in one place. We can see what everyone is working on and set people work

Asana is very user-friendly, and has great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Repeating tasks doesn't have a feature that will allow auto-update of projects' "Month & Year" tags.

User friendly system with a myriad of features to cater to a vast array of members in an organisation. Useful mobile app for use across devices

Ability to only assign a task to one person at a time

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can check things off your task list. I check Asana multiple times during the day to keep track of my everyday tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't like switching between project pages and having to apply the same filters each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep everyone on the same page and checking where everyone is in a project.
Grown a lot more efficient since starting to use Asana.

It gets all the miscellaneous thoughts and tasks from my brain and gets them on a trackable platform.

It took a lot of effort for others across our organization to use it. Specifically our field staff.

They consistent release new features that improve the use.

As a remote workforce, all work is communicated and in a central location.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is good for managing work, both individually and within a team. The commenting or status updates on tasks is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part I can't see too many problems with the product. Maybe an embedded document system would be nice rather than having to link out to a third party system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising the priority of work the team needs to do.
Easy to use - essential for my to do list
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see my to do list. It also helps my supervisors and managers delegate tasks to me that let'e me stay on track and never without work. The little unicorn and/or otter that appears when you complete a task is so satisying, and just knowing that that task is done and out of the way is nice. The projects section is really helpful ass well, because in real estate management its easy to have many different things going on for one property and keeping them all together really ensures that nothing gets lost along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far! Everything seems to run smoothly.

Keeping me on task and making sure every task that i am being given gets done.
