Good Tool - For the Right Fit
What do you like best about the product?
Continuous improvement in the application and interface. Great tool to manage work and tasks, becoming stronger as a true project management tool. Cross-organizational visibility and ability to have a 1:many task assignment

Historically has not been strong as a project management tool, limited ways to export data views
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing cross-team visibility into resourcing, allowing us to better staff and align on projects
User-friendly interface with very useful features
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is probably the best project management platform that I have used in terms of user-friendly interface. For a small business, this is probably the mos appropriate software as you easily navigate the multiple features it offers and it is also easy to implement. I used both the desktop app and cloud version of it and it loads pretty fast with the cloud version. The customer support is very helpful as well. It is easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop version was a bit bulky for my laptop, Asana did not have some features I wanted to manage my clients so it lacked some CRM features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana had a confusing project management system and it did improve it over time by adding more options to what we can do. I had to restart the asana app sometimes but now it is working fine. I used for personal project management.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Managing expectations for clients and the amount of features available to keep the team up to date and assist in supporting when capacity avails. Our team uses Asana on a daily bases and we have it integrated into our systems and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be improved on the UI for easier navigation and setup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves a huge communications grey area and allows the unkown to be known. Managing expectations is the keyword here.
Navigation can be alittle overwhelming, so more easing into this could be great.

It's really easy to use Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool for managing tasks for multiple different projects. I really like how easy it is to create and manage tasks not only from Asana but also using the Chrom Extension or directly from a Slack Conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Asana but the Chrome Extension is really slow and it needs to be optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps in managing day-to-day tasks and activities and different projects in a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana allows cross-team collaboration. It allows transparency in the team and shows the work assigned to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with Asana except for the ease of implementation.

This software is excellent for teamwork. Assign tasks to team members and meet deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications can be annoying, and turning them off isn't easy. Additionally, the file size per job is very limited. Because of this, you may need to look for other ways to send large files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very practical for team project management. What's more, it's easy to send and monitor project templates and comment on tasks. It's almost like an instant messaging application.

Asana has intuitive layout which help easy to navigate, Manage task on the go on multiple devices with there responsive webapp and Also provide Mobile application. Connects with multiple third party application.

Asana greatly improves my work life by keeping task organized, egaging with team and be punctual on Timelines. Asana is very user friendly which required less time to train and be more work efficient.

The asana platform is complex to learn for new users as it contains many features and customisation options, once the user learn the platform they can work seamlessly.

It helps to organise the task based on priority so the critical issues can be fixed first, so that it can reduces the stress for the teams, it helps in team collaboration so that the team will be on same line.It helps to automate work flows manual work can be reduced.
Multifunctional, simple and flexible tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an easy-to-use software and very easy to customize. I love that it allows me to share the evolution of the project/product throughout the company, and how easy it is to assign to-do list items to my team members. I love that it provides tools such as dashboards to see the team's performance and based on that, make decisions to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs improvements in the mobile application. Price can be an issue for smaller startups. It would be great if they introduced more free features. It is a tool that has a lot of potential and its great team has been in charge of constantly improving it.

It is a multifunctional tool that makes it very easy to plan and list daily tasks, in addition to providing multiple ways to organize tasks, by date or priority, which allows you to have greater control of tasks, keeping everyone focused in what corresponds to them. It ensures that all project management tasks are aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it simple to combine numerous platforms such as Slack, Google Calendar, Gmail, and others; this feature allows me to communicate with the development team on a single platform; and this feature distinguishes Asana from other applications. You can establish due dates, priorities, and utilize tags, etc., and everyone learned how to use the application quickly. I enjoy that you can focus on your job while still being able to view everyone's progress when necessary. I enjoy the color style, user interface, and seamless performance, and it's simple to comprehend for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than the quantity of messages that arrive, I have almost no issues with the tool. I would like to have a feature where you can pick which projects you want to receive information about. Also, I'd like it if you could enhance the fluidity on mobile, since I occasionally have latency, and it's tough to find how to convert from business to personal Asana when I log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our output has more than doubled since we can now concentrate on the real duties rather than the time-consuming follow-up. Asana handles challenges such as handling several projects at once, and the greatest part is that its clients may assign work to different individuals while maintaining anonymity. We can monitor the most recent information and prepare appropriately thanks to the dashboard. I can simply manage several projects and tasks for each project, and I can update them from my phone and upload any form of content. It combines discussion, objectives, task management, reporting, and file sharing all at once.
