What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout aspects we appreciated about using Asana was its user-friendly nature and the flexibility it provides for customization. The intuitive user interface allowed our team to quickly adapt to the tool and start working on projects without a steep learning curve. Asana's range of customizable features and tools further enhanced our project management experience, enabling us to tailor the platform to our specific needs and workflows. This combination of ease of use and customization options made Asana a valuable asset for our team's productivity and project success.
What do you dislike about the product?
That's great to hear that you don't have any particular dislikes about Asana and that you believe it excels in project management. It's true that learning any new tool or software often comes with a learning curve, and Asana is no exception. While it may take some time and experimentation to find the most efficient way to use Asana for your specific needs, this process of trying things out and testing what works is a common part of adopting any new tool or workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves problems related to task clarity, inefficient communication, and project coordination. It benefits users by providing clarity and organization, facilitating efficient collaboration, and enabling effective tracking of progress and accountability. With Asana, users experience improved productivity, streamlined workflows, and enhanced coordination across projects and teams.
An excellent project management tool for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it keeps us on track with a project's status. The ability to include any attachments saves time. All communication regarding the project can be included, making it easy to find everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates available for specific projects. We are a small team and unique in our functions. Some of our team members are not marketing individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This very user-friendly tool keeps everything with a project in one place. All of us save time by going to Asana. We know the status of a project and any related communication.
It does a lot but is missing a few things
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of all of my tasks with customizable views in an easy way
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are too advanced or needlessly complicated. I cannot easily involve multiple people. There are too many notifications which clog up my feed and inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me a high level overview of everything that I need to do within a project that I am working on with other peopl
THE tool for cross-functional task management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best tool I have used for collaborating on tasks with not just others within the organization, but also between teams. The ability to organize tasks and adjust views on the fly is stellar.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it can be used for personal task tracking, it is not built for that. If Asana had more personal task management features, it would be incredible to utilize it alongside team-based task management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana seamlessly brings multiple users and teams together, allowing you to collaborate efficiently. There are comments, tasks, boards, projects, and even an inbox to check on recent updates.
Super effective task management tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has an intuitive user experience and it takes pretty fast to engage new employees to learn the company's internal project management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Asana App is a little "clumsy" and sometimes the default messaging setting are to spamy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana in all company departments for internal and external project management. Also, it is very easy to adopt for SCRUM approach for our developer tools.

Task and project management
Asana for improved team coordination and cooperation
What do you like best about the product?
Over the past five years, I have found Asana to be an incredibly powerful tool for staying organized and on task. While it's a great resource no matter how you use it, if checklists are your thing, this software will help ensure that nothing gets overlooked by you or anyone on your team! Whether you're looking for a way to create tasks with subtasks, set due dates, upload files, leave comments, or assign projects - as well as many other amazing features - Asana has you covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about Asana is that you can't attach an email thread as an attachment like you can in Outlook. Still, there may be other project features in Asana that aren't immediately visible on the Overview tab, but hopefully as technology advances and new tools are added all the time, these issues will become less of a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me solve my problem of staying organized and meeting deadlines. This has been a huge benefit for me because it gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm in control, everyone is up to date, and we can all collaborate effectively.
Asana, a great way to manage projects using agile methodologies.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been one of the most used platforms when we interact with software work teams in person or remotely since each member of the organization can create or update tasks and generate visibility with the rest of the people; in this way, we can know who is working on each activity, we can know if someone has had any inconvenience, or needs to request another person attached files to finish a task.
Asana is a highly collaborative platform, and team members can update the information from the mobile App or from their laptop, regardless of the operating system that we have installed in the company; this allows us to have full visibility, and we are sure that the data associated with the execution of the project are always updated.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is very flexible when it comes to offering a collaborative environment and is based on agile methodologies for project tracking. We can also see on our dashboard "my assigned tasks" at a glance. On the other hand, your inbox works as a kind of interlocutor with a corporate or personal email, which could be considered redundant in some cases since updates can reach both places. However, if we organize our dashboard well and carry out adequate customization, we will have no problem generating the views we need and avoiding excessive notification management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, we have been able to execute projects using agile methodologies, in addition to being able to use technologies that allow access both from a laptop and through smartphones.
The projects we've led through Asana have demonstrated complete stakeholder visibility, which increases effectiveness.

all genius apps are simple and loved: loke Asana for project teams and business management
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple as Genius and has an efficient, logical flow from up to down, making it very readable. It can build your workflows and makes it easy to discuss within the team, sending invites and reminders as scheduled. It works well with presentations and contract management tasks. It has exceptional board and kanban views and capabilities to set your working time schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to use a separate time-tracking engine if you are service oriented. You mostly have to use different budget-controlling apps or ERP. Asana is good for decision flow but lacks analytical capabilities to be used within a single system for not using connectivity and integrations with different auth methods. WOuld be great to have reminders with use of AI - not to remind you, but you are telling to bot for updates on relevant tasks or scheduling and rescheduling with the use of RPA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing the work of the product development team and planning to extend its use for management reporting and accounting tasks. It makes us operate with 20% less headcount.
Great for collab across teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can collaborate across multiple teams and multiple projects, but I can see everything I'm personally working on in my dashboard calendar view. This has been especially helpful when I don't get Asana notifications for whatever reason via my work email.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I click "complete" on a task, sometimes it shows a fun animal/rainbow creature dashing across the screen. But sometimes not. Not sure why it only does that sometimes but I miss it when it doesn't. Haha!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking tasks and projects in collaboration with other teams that aren't logged in our typical software (Post/Wordpress). It's a great way to track the work I do so that I get credit for it while also having a place to keep things organized with cross-team projects. It's like a virtual workshop room.
