It allows us to organize and manage tasks and errors within the platform.
What do you like best about the product?
In this tray, we carry and organize tasks and errors that can be scheduled and keep track of pending items.
As the main use, we carry and report errors that occur on the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, it is a bit cumbersome to identify some tasks in the main trays or assigned projects.
That is, the information that appears to us can be visually confusing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of our main tools. Depending on the project within the organization, tasks are created and managed with the team in charge.
Example: I am in the technical support area of the software, and through Asana, we report errors that occur via tasks in Asana. In this way, we assign the project, the area, and delivery dates so they can be resolved.

Will meet your needs for managing projects
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create tasks, organize into different sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Noise coming from the default of sending updates to everyone who every collaborated on the task. I'd prefer that the default be just the core group of people that need to stay informed on the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking requests from stakeholder teams. Being able to self-serve on updates that everyone can see.
Great tool to manage multiple Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Lately I started loving new features within Asana around AI. I would like to see how I can use them in my daily work and get most out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be improved (especially performance) as it gets hanged when multiple browser tabs are opened. If this is fixed, then I don't see any other issues which are show stopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana is hierarchy in digital marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, making it easy for all our customers who want to learn how to use the tool and start collaborating on projects effectively. Asana is designed to foster team collaboration. We were able to share tasks and projects with other team members, make comments and work together in real time. We were able to sync and integrate Asana with a wide range of popular tools and apps, such as Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive and Zapier, making it easy to sync information and automate workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of features and functionality in Asana can be overwhelming. It can take a while to learn how to use all the features and customize the tool for your specific needs. The free version has some limitations in terms of the number of users allowed, the number of integrations available, and file storage space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a robust and versatile project and task management platform that offers a wide range of features and functionality to help teams work together effectively. It has provided us with tools for resource management and project budget allocation. Asana provides us with a comprehensive platform for project management, which has allowed us teams to collaborate effectively, schedule tasks, track project progress, assign responsibilities, and track resources and budget all in one place. Thanks to Asana, we have created projects as a set of related tasks and subtasks. All our users can create and assign individual tasks within projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and comment on task progress, as well as add notes and attach relevant files to tasks.
My favorite project and task manager
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, installs everywhere, easy to execute and collaborate with team. The templates feature is probably one of my favorites and I've bought templates a number of times as while I'm great using systems, I'm less great at creating them from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's still the case as I started using Asana about five years ago, but onboarding was challenging. I had to find someone outside of Asana to help me, but after that, it went well, and I ended up buying several of their templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a pretty simple setup since most of my clients use other systems, but I always come back to Asana because it's a perfect task manager for how my brain works. I have used the project side when needed but mostly it's my personal task manager
Favorite organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me keep track of my daily tasks and to-do lists. It's a great way for coworkers and I to collaborate on a project and assign each other roles or tasks for a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are A LOT of features that Asana offers- this is awesome but sometimes can be frustrating because there is so much to learn, and it could take a long time to figure out the features on how to maximize usage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves our to-do list organization. When we have a busy day, week, or even month- we can prioritize effectively by planning out the next steps. Asana also enhances our communication with one another. Its great being able to share tasks and tag co-workers in tasks.
Simple and practical manager of tasks and activities
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana can manage my tasks through projects, meaning that I can segment tasks by projects, in addition to being able to assign a person responsible for each task and set due dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really very few things I don't like about Asana, as they are very general and not very specific, such as:
1. Try to make the interface more user-friendly for the more casual user.
2. Provide more ways to view tasks, that is, for the task blocks to be viewable in more ways.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, when we have issues that the engineering team needs to review, these errors must be created as a task in Asana beforehand and assigned to the corresponding project. Thanks to this process, we can manage our activities correctly.
Helps me organize my work
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me organize my tasks and keep track of what I've completed better than a to-do list. It offers a simple way to send status updates to my teammates when working on a project with multiple collaborators, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is most useful when everyone in the company/organization uses it. Otherwise, it becomes another gathering point for information, which can create confusion because not all the information is in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us keep track of outstanding tasks and deadlines. We are able to delegate tasks among team members and send updates as things go. This organizational tool helps us spend more time on the work itself.
Great for organising and assigning team activities
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive and rewards consistent use in work and even outside work activities. You really can keep everything in Asana and rely on it as a daily to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
If not everyone in the team wants to use Asana or shift from paper lists and post-its, then it has its limitations. Everyone in a team or project needs to "buy in" and use the tool daily to get the maximum benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration across multiple teams. Large or long projects with multiple stakeholders who may only be involved at stages while other team members are there throughout.
Great Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to keep many people connected on a project no matter where they are located. It helps to keep each other accountable for completing tasks on time. It allows to loop in people as needed for parts of a project that they are needed on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can take some time to get used to. We include a lot of people on different aspects of a project, and at times it can be hard to navigate to those components that are relevant to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana connects everyone on a project to allow for collaboration, assigning of tasks and deadlines. It allows for easy searching to find previous conversations and makes it easy to hold each person accountable to their roles on the project.
