Great program management platform
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very user friendly when creating tasks as well as following up on them. It is a bit tricky at first when learning to utilize templates for submissions but other than that it is quick to get the hang of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards can appear a bit busy with many tasks open and there isn't a way to reorganize to your personal preferance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task allocation amongst a large group
Asana for the Win
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great application for keeping track of your task and your team's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It works great for what I need (visibility of tasks and accountability).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project visibility and team accountability.
Neutral Feelings
What do you like best about the product?
Organizational tools weren't bad, but nothing special or life changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be confusing to navigate, and not enough features to go above and beyond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am no longer using Asana, I have since switched over to Monday. Our company found Asana basic and it did the job, but we needed more from an organizational software.
Great for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to keep track of tasks across multiple teams/projects in one easy-to-manage to-do list.I like that I can filter to only see tasks that are coming up soon and not have to worry about tasks that aren't due for weeks or months at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's most helpful when everyone is invested in using it correctly. When an entire team is onboard, you can easily track task distribution, due dates, and more. But if some don't use it - or don't use it properly - their contributions can be overlooked because they are not trackable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my to-do lists and tasks of my colleagues.
best organization and planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find the most helpful the ability to create tasks and check them off when you are done. Also, several team members can be part of different tasks and the notification system.
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe messages, I find them a bit confusing to use since they don't work exactly as a chat but more like an inbox and it might get a bit confusing at times. I could use some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is great for collaborations and project management. I can easily see what and when my team members are working at, we can collaborate and the feeling of checking an assignment as complete is amazing.
We use Asana as a project management tool for our organization
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how Asana sends you messages to your email when someone has completed or made any changes to the task you have assigned
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overwhelming when not organized well. Some on the tabs are the same but labeled differently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a system to organize all of our projects and grants etc Once we started with Asana everything is organized and we are able to meet deadlines and be more comfortable and organize multiple projects at a time.
Asana review
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the best product management tools with features like task assigning, product roadmap, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana takes some time to get used to and it is a bit expensive compared to the alternatives in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Asana to assign all the tasks and subtasks to the right resources which helps us save time in product management.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use and very convenient for tasks with multiple parts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little hard to find things sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep everything in one place
A superior project/task management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how universal Asana is. When we hire new employees, most times they have had Asana experience so the learning curve is not an issue and they can dive right into the work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task list and emails takes a bit to control but at first you might get hit with a ton of email notices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there are a ton of tasks, it's nice to be bale to go to one platform to see ALL projects and tasks instead of Teams, texts, and emails. Showing project progress is important as well. I can see where any project is without having to get a personal update from the stakeholders.
Probably just scratching the surface

What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a bit of time to understand how to use the interface and set up your workspaces
