Great at keeping work projects and flow organized with everyone on the team

The organization it provides to our work projects and communication on each
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning how to use it and keep my projects sorted appropriately to meet my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects and work flow and task management. Also a great parking lot to keep notes to go back and reference, create memos for the team, etc.
Powerful project management app
What do you like best about the product?
Like most apps, Asana has added an AI agent that is a genuinely helpful assistant. Their workflow feature also continues to mature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Per user pricing is still high. As project and task management features get added and matured in larger messaging and line of business apps, it can be harder to justify a stand alone app against these others that may be just "good enough" for most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is pulling together cross-functional teams and providing a single source of truth for accountability and project status. This is far more effective than constant email updates.
Maximize efficiency and productivity with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool for maximizing productivity and staying organized. One of my favorite things about it is how easy it is to set up personalized notifications, reminders, tasks, projects, and delegated tasks all in one place - accessible from all types of devices! It also has so many customization options; everything from integration with other apps for enhanced usability to more granular details like feedback loops for notification settings can be tailored to the user's needs. In short, Asana makes it easy to stay on top of things while giving users unparalleled personalization tools that work wonders when organizing complex tasks or schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Asana does not make it easy to assign subtasks to specific projects in a meaningful way. Attaching them, however, separates them from the original task and requires them to be worked on individually within the project rather than nested under it. Due to the interdependencies between my tasks, I have difficulty managing my workload effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to organize my workflow with Asana and break complex projects down into manageable chunks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the calendar feature so my team can see upcoming key dates and content. It allows us to have a great runway on priorities and tasks that need attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could archive tasks for projects that didn't move forward but I don't want to delete a record of.

Our team is able to create an event or campaign and build to it with tasks and subtasks in one streamlined place.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an incredibly useful tool for managing my sales team and building strong distributor partnerships. The platform allows me to easily create tasks and projects, keeping my team organized and aligned on common goals. With Asana, I can track the development of my salespeople and brewery ambassadors, and ensure that everyone is working efficiently and effectively towards market and brand development. Asana's custom fields and advanced reporting features enable us to monitor important metrics like sales volume, distributor performance, and market penetration, which helps us make informed decisions as we expand into the PA market. Additionally, the Asana mobile app allows me to stay connected with my team and distributors even when I am away from my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's search functionality could be more refined, as it can sometimes be challenging to find specific information quickly. I would also appreciate more robust sales-specific features, such as CRM integration or pipeline management tools, which could further streamline our processes. Lastly, the learning curve for new users can be somewhat steep, and offering more extensive onboarding resources would be beneficial.

Asana has become an essential tool for managing projects, communicating with the sales team, and coordinating with our distributor partners. The platform has enabled us to maintain a high level of organization and accountability, ensuring that our market and brand development initiatives are executed effectively. With Asana, we can easily monitor our progress and make data-driven decisions that contribute to the growth and success of our business in the PA market.
Excellent Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have updated my review because I have gained experience using different project management tools. By far Asana is the best. Asana allows you to customize your workflows with some pretty advanced triggers. I prefer Asana over Monday

Asana does have a more steep learning curve compared to Monday, although their team is very helpful during this process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me streamline and organize my work. I oversee the project management function of my marketing team, and Asana helps me organize and submit project requests to multiple departments. Also, I use Asana to organize the many tasks that go into hosting events and tradeshows. Asana has a really convenient reporting tool that allows me to send updates to all stakeholders invovled about milestones achieved or roadblocks that may exist.

Asana is an excellent and user-friendly task management helpful tool for individuals and teams. It organizes tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities so everything is noticed. It can also help you manage multiple tasks and prioritize the most important ones. Asana is available on the web and through mobile apps, making it an excellent tool for staying on track and focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, navigating Asana may require some effort and patience for new users. Understanding the workflow and projects may appear confusing initially, and adjusting may take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easy for us to exchange information to streamline everything, ensuring smooth and seamless task management. Organizing checklists and projects, especially for long-term projects, makes Asana the best tool for maintaining clarity.

The way you can view all needed projects and importance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can disappear if not assigned to a larger tree so you will have to try different views to capture all tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes sure tasks are on time and work is done according to need. It's easy to use time management and monitor expectations.

1. Asana is a great way to minimise sync or undocumented task record.

1. I don't think there's anything to dislike about Asana. It does best what it claims.
2. The only thing it can improve on is : Please, Please allow multiple people to be assigned to a task or atleast make it easier for collaborators to easily find the tasks where they are collaborators.

1. Best way to collaborate on a project, assign a person and add a deadline. makes it all easier to work towards finishing it.
