Great tool for Project Management!
What do you like best about the product?
AI Studio is a cool new feature for creating automation via chat, duplicate portfolios, enhanced goal notification controls, and scheduled triggers for automated recurring tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has the limitation for tasks where you can only have one assignee per task. I think this can be improved and changed to allow users to assign multiple assignees per tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps my team set and track our goals, OKRs, and KRs. It works well for big projects and a big team, so it keeps us on track and allows us to keep each person accountable for what we are responsible for.
Easy Interface
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Once you take their online training, it's not as complicated as it 1st may seem.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are working on projects, it does not connect to our time management tool.

It helped our team stay on track with projects and tasks.

An outstanding platform for project timeline and coordination.

In the UI UX, all of the features are best. You can manage your project with the team; especially you are in tight schedule and need to finish your deadline

the expensive price of the subscription. But overall still one of the best application so far

Schedule the deadline for projects like social media and video.

Best Organize Task
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and it's nice to use for me as a user

Limited access to invite more user, so we have to upgrade more

Give more access to invite more collaboration without upgrading

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to set up, become familiar with, and begin using. Creating tasks and assigning to different users was also very helpful. The Kanban approach to task progress was also a good visual way to track task assignments and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not believe we fully utilized the capacity/utilization capabilities of the platform, and did not use any time tracking functionality if it was available. Our use-case was very focused on assigning work to different team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were beginning to work cross-departmentally on tasks, and Asana helped us to provide direction for, assign out work, and also track its progress through our workflow.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Help in collaboration very well and organize the team seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time Tracking is only available in the business and enterprise tiers. Mobile app can be better

It helps to organize the product and helps in tracking them with ease.

I love how it helps all the teams in being organised for all our campaigns and day to day marketing activities

Nothing really! However i would really like it if they improved the phone app

It helps us in being organised and on top of everything so that our camapigns run smoothly with almost no hiccups
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is probably my favorite project management tool.
It is so user friendly, very easy to customize (within reason) - and has very minimal drawbacks for me + my team's use case.
This tool has been instrumental in letting us track our workloads and workflows, to ensure we're staying on top of everything that's important.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the only drawback is that some of the more nuanced customization we want to do just isn't baked into the platform - but those are all "nice to haves" not "need to haves" for us and our use.

This has helped us track our work, projects, tasks, and workflows.
Generally - this has been monumental for letting us track and stay on top of all the work happening in a variety of spaces.
