Asana is great for dipping your toe into systems
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy-to-use interface. It's simple to set up and the free version has amazing capabilities. Hands down the best project management tool for small businesses on a budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fewer automations than some of the other tech platforms on the market. It feels like some of the other platforms like ClickUp & Monday are updating their functionalities at a faster pace and Asana is falling behind a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I first joined Asana to get all of my tasks in one place when I first launched my business. It was exactly what I needed to get things off the ground & organize my team.

it has an appealing interface and great User Experience.

Actually, I do not think there is anythink I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep all the tasks in Asana; everything is there: Projects, tasks, deadlines, approval process, and much more.
Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has great functionality when it comes to project management! It is very intuitive and easy to customize to your specific project management preferences. I enjoy the automation options and templated project options.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves task management issues and allows us to prioritize tasks. It gives us a holistic view of everything we are working on to make sure marketing tasks are balanced between all team members and everyone is accomplishing their tasks in a timely manner.

Is intuitive and allows you to easily track tasks and work.

It's basic. When it comes to more complex projects, it got really hard to find a system that worked.

Really easy to use, Love it as a way to organize tasks and link to what needs to be done. Perfect tool for onboarding new employees
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything I didn't like. Maybe some kind of connection to email with reminders would be good (I may have missed that feature)

What do you like best about the product?
I arrived on the recommendation of a friend, and I like it visually and the control over activities that you can have. It helps me organize myself and be more productive in my day-to-day life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that having so many possible activities confused me a lot and it took me a while to adapt and implement it to the level I have today. Their support is not very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize the content and main ideas that I will publish during my content strategy for the accounts I manage. Increase productivity and clarify.
Asana provides an excellent way to manage tasks and projects

I like how easy it is to use and how you can track what everyone on the team is working on in one organized place. It increases productivity and accountability in the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about this service itself. If anything, it may not be as accessible to smaller organizations because of the payment required to upgrade. However, the free version provides many insights and is worth having.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us as a team stay on top of our projects and see what other team members are working on. It allows us to measure the availability of team members and how time is being managed in the office.

Asana is a wonderful platform, but not the most powerful.
Asana is great if you are just getting started and don't want to spend a ton of money on a platform that covers all the basics,

Asana is great, don't get me wrong. It just lacks some of the functionality you would desire. If you're looking for an entry-level platform for day-to-day use then look no further but If you want to create genius automation and increase your team's productivity - I would look a bit further.

Having oversight on our tasks, being able to manage the tasks effectively and efficiently and having a clear overview on everything happening within the business.
