Asana is good organisational tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's user experience and initial setup was quite easy compared to other software in the same space - the design was easy to follow
What do you dislike about the product?
When compared to platforms like ClickUp - I found it a little limiting

It helped me organise tasks across a small remote team.

Best Task Management Software for Work
What do you like best about the product?
With Asana's task management process, I don't forget any tasks anymore and always make sure I am productive and finish my deliverables on time. Whats even better is I can easily track the progress of any employee on tasks assigned to them and ensures each employee is accountable to their deliverables while being open and accessible on our workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor issues like attachments getting copied over when a task recurs, but nothing major

What do you like best about the product?
I can confidently say that Asana has been an invaluable tool for our team in managing and organizing projects. Since implementing Asana, we have noticed a significant improvement in collaboration and communication between team members. An attractive feature of this tool is the ability to customize the platform to meet our specific needs; it allows us to create custom project templates, set up project-specific workflows, and use reports and dashboards to track and analyze our performance. I would also like to point out that it is incredible how easy it is to create and assign tasks; everyone on the team visualizes what is expected of them and when jobs are expected to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a project management platform heavily loaded with functions and features, which can make the learning curve a bit steep at first. Also, while it is highly customizable, it can take a bit of time to set it up correctly to meet the organization's specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has brought a lot of benefits to our organization, since its implementation, we have seen a significant improvement in collaboration, communication and efficiency in managing projects and tasks, resulting in increased productivity and reduced errors and downtime. Asana provides a clear and organized view of projects and tasks, allowing us to stay on top of progress and priorities in real-time. Project leaders can assign specific tasks and track the progress of each team member, which promotes accountability and transparency. In short, it has improved our efficiency and productivity while improving communication and collaboration within the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Variety of features enables project management at scale. Ability to assign multiple people to a task. Good GSuite integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of GANTT chart view (using Instagantt for that). Integration to Confluence / Jira could be better.

Helps me manage project at micro and macro levels. Enables me to identify and visualize interdependencies.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to learn; it's simplicity, speed and animations present in the software. I think it's better than Trello, for example. In my experience, the speed and visual was the things I liked the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't have as many functionalities as I wanted. I didn't have the autonomy to customize fields, looks, rules and automations as I would like. Today Clickup provides all these features that I need. That's why I changed the tool.

The need to plan tasks and projects using deadlines and responsible people.

This is the one of the best platforms to update work reports and assign tasks for teams and implement tasks without any other apps,
and also it is stored and upadted every time when ppl assign task for or you assign task for others.

On starting it's free as of now it's working properly and perfectly,the only disadvantage about this is if any person is assign task to your group it will notify to you which is unnessecery to respected persons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we are using WhatsApp groups for work reports and allocation, but now it's very easy to maintain work flow & task managements, and also it will store the data and updated every day.

This platform has increased my team's productivity, as well as managing task allocation.
And they allow us to access the software freely.

The pricing plan are quite high. I wish we can get cheaper price.
And the number of user for free plan is too less.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a marketing team consisting of 6 people and this team is quite new so they never have a standardized procedure on how to manage tasks and take requests from other departments.
With Asana, task allocation, and request management has been much easier and clear. And we can track all the tasks and projects, and as proof to management that we are very productive.

I absolutely love Asana, this platform helps keep you organized and stay on top of your day to day tasks as well as projects and team!

Wish there were more options to customize the boards directly to your company or department.
