What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to communicate with partners. The ability to track progress and manage tasks quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you tag someone, it brings up everyone in the asana system, not just the people on your project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workload & Gantt view need to be added
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use Asana, it's minimal and user-friendly, but it fades away when it comes to being more productive in project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is missing the future planning for the team. You can't use future plans of action like the Gantt view or Workload management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure at this stage. But we would like to know more about it. Especially it's requires to update their customer service and support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to organize my team's work, managing the workload accordingly so as not to overload anyone.
With the reports I can extract interesting and important insights about the team and this brought movements in search of continuous improvement.

Easy check list app
What do you like best about the product?
Easy visibility to see what tasks are needed to get accomplished today, this week, this month, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes after checking off my items, that they don't always recur when I want them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of trying to remember all my to-do tasks as they have it listed out all for me to check off as they get done.
Asana is a decent free project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Love the list layout. Easy to assign and notify coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finished tasks don't go away so projects get easily cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team of 10, so it makes it easier to communicate and work together as product and marketing teams.
Task Manager at it's best
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using asana as an HR. I have developed ATS for my organization on this software, this is easy to use and very helpful for recruitment and day to day HR operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new feature they started recently, where the description box has been changed and now has a different look, I don't like it, the previous one was much better.
We can't search by content, this is something which can be added later on, so I don't dislike this per se. It's just a feature that would make asana perfect.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is benefiting me in the following ways:
1. HR Operation- Helps in day-to-day HR operation, we are doing appraisals, recruitment, and document verification all on asana.
2. Acting as ATS
3. Employee Lifecycle can be managed and we are doing this on asana
4. Task assigning is great and the new feature of adding people in the customization
5. Sub tasks make it easier to add all things in one task
6. The home screen shows overdue and priorities for the day, which basically acts as a to-do list and a priority list. Makes my life easier.
7. There is also this priority drop-down you can add to tasks to align what is an urgent and high-priority task.

excellent task management
What do you like best about the product?
You can really cusomtize asana to fit your needs. From tags, custom fields, and exporting reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so good for holding tons of info, searching can become a problem. You will be having to use the advanced search function a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing custom orders and are able to store each unique option.
Project management is highlighted for production
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is made to increase productivity through the management of projects because we can be a little faster in the tasks and therefore devote our time to the realization of other responsibilities that lead to being a little more productive. The jobs are managed through a panel whose interface makes me feel very comfortable, thanks to the color shades of the theme. The industry is grateful that many companies can be aligned with this program's success-oriented plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a negative aspect of this program; I wish they would adjust because sometimes small companies can't afford to pay for subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been beneficial for the brand because we do many tasks, and it takes time away from us to do them. Therefore, it is essential to have this software installed in our organization because we can speed up the elaboration of projects and deliver them in previously delimited times according to the planning. Asana is up to the task; it has the necessary potential to be considered one of the best activity management and administration software in the world.
Great tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
Creating tasks is very simple. Organizing them is very easy to do as well. Easy to share tasks and relatively easy to monitor progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to make things private to one user. Reporting is not great. Monitoring progress could be improved a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of forgetting important tasks and ideas. It also helps managing a team.
A pleasant experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite an intuitive and easy-to-use software, featuring the necessary aspects to track projects for any company, and you can use extensions to improve management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some board creation and modification functions are very rigid as they do not allow changes, in addition to the platform's payment schemes for large teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of projects once the staff is properly trained for the workflows on the boards is good as it allows for interaction, making the team's response times more efficient.
