Asana Integration with MS Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Asana gives seamless integration with MS Teams and it is fantastic to have Asana for project/tasks management with robust collaborative tools like MS teams. Both are the best products.
What do you dislike about the product?
when we use Asana integrated with Microsoft Teams it sometimes gets a little slow and this is not a some major issue. overall it is a good product for projects and tasks management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping project and product managers to effectively manage projects/product tasks assignments and management. It also gives the option to integrate it with other products.

What do you like best about the product?
What sets Asana apart from other project management tools for me is the interface. Also, team members are empowered to create automations and dependencies at the user level. This is a helpful functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bulk upload leaves something to be desired, but you can work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I was using Asana regularly, it promoted team collaboration. I also loved the workflows. Lots of customization options.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to assign and view your to do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about this program. Only suggestion I would make is maybe add different templates on how we can organise our personal screen views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never forget what is needed to be done. I can view other employees tasks and give a hand incase the dead line is coming up.
Incredible tool to organize activities
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool for organizing projects, with the kanban visual, organizing your projects becomes more intuitive to measure deadlines and track progress with an overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the tool does not issue personalized reports and does not allow us to change the project collectively, only individually, takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits team communication when we have a setup with many people performing different tasks within the same project. This way, everyone can take notes of important information without losing any information.
Intuitive, easy to use project management software

I like the dashboard and being able to link items to tasks.

Trying to add a date can be buggy with some browsers.

Not the best for graphically demanding tasks.

Using Asana across multiple team members, departments, projects, and clients means we can keep a host of moving parts organized and moving synchronously.
It also allows us to create multiple subtasks under tasks. Reminder tools help us meet deadlines and improve efficiency and accountability within the organization.

Outstanding project management software.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana has allowed me to streamline my communication within my team. I don't have to rely on email or wait for responses anymore. Asana is user-friendly and straightforward, which has changed my perspective and approach. I've started using it daily because it's so helpful. For example, creating our forms and templates at work is excellent. This function saves a lot of time spent on various activities. Additionally, the animations illustrating the jubilation of a job well done are outstanding! Such creativity and intelligence characterize the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Asana; the application is one-of-a-kind, and the user interface is phenomenal. It delivers a lovely working environment and all the tools you could ever need. Users of all skill levels can quickly become productive using Asana, owing to its user-friendly interface and comprehensive learning tools supplied by the company's support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is suited for workplace use because it eliminates the need to send reminders, call an employer to discuss what needs to be done, and email them about something else. With Asana's convenience and applicability, users will save time running from one place to another.

It's a bit clunky in its style -- Would love a more minimialistic or even just more customizable style.

Keeping project management organized down to the little stuff but making sure everyone can navigate it well.

Sometimes asana is a bit overwhelming with the Board view - with multiple things shown together.
For people who like to keep things a bit simple - I end up using the list view much more.

Asana makes delegating tasks to others more accessible than ever before.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is that it enables improved team communication and cooperation. Based on their experience, it is possible to prioritize and assign work to team members. It is safe to say that this project management software is reliable since it contains everything you would expect from a product. We can assess the remaining workload and make informed judgments thanks to these charts. Our team can better coordinate their work and increase output because of Asana's user-friendly UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much time and effort Asana demands to master. Its extensive feature set makes it difficult to comprehend all the features and get everyone on my team to use it smoothly. If the platform were more thought out, it would be much easier to operate successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We repeatedly experienced issues with workers working on the same project only after considerable time had passed. Asana facilitates in-depth discussions regarding the progress of various projects, which helps us avoid these types of problems in the future.
