Asana has been extremely beneficial to our workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is keeping everything our team needs in one single place and being able to stay on top of everyone's schedules including my own. This has proven to keep everyone on top of their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone at our company uses Asana in a different way and there is almost a little too many options of different workflows for this program so it can be difficult to set a SOP at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me solve having to deal with a ton of different clients while also being able to stay on top of all of these while learning more and more about Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can create multiple boards in one project and then also zaps to send tasks to the right board depending on multiple outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure yet, I learn more and more about what I can do each day.

What do you like best about the product?
tons of room for information, very clear what's in there and what's not and great tool for communication between teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires human effort to remember to use it and make it a habit, doesn't come naturally to some people, so not sure what's missing that could fix that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to task work and share information is vital for keeping it out of slack or email where it can get totally lost
Asana is extremely user-friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, many support materials are available for users, and there are many ways to do similar tasks. I'm constantly learning new tips and tricks about better building projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve coming from other PM systems, but I'm glad to have made the switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily capture any small tasks that get requested through email; it's also easy to adjust deadlines or swap assignees

The automations and integrations - and the fact that there is continuous progress on feature releases and updates!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like whenever a feature is released, there is a partial or major platform outage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is robust enough to make it easy for all teams to adopt its usage. As a result, we are able to keep all of our projects in one place which makes collaboration a breeze.
Finally a solution we can customize to our needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the structure from the organizational standpoint all the way down to each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve can be steep, but the payoff is rewarding if you're able to dedicate the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our team organized, especially when we went fully remote. We're able to keep all the information organized and in one place.

The versatility of functions and how the Asana team is constantly improving and incorporating the community's feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no schedule comment feature available and the lists are slower to load when there are a lot of tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making things more efficient by implementing changes slowly. It helps to make our project process move faster.
Asana is the best thing to happen to marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who works in a very collaborative role in Marketing - Asana is absolutely invaluable to me. The time that I previously would have spent tracking down updates can now be spent doing the actual work of my role!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that not everyone on my team is provisioned to use Asana or is not savvy with the platform. With a larger team and frequently added members it can be hard to keep up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of visibility on our team. Whenever there's a request for a status update there's an easy place to point people to for answers. And it helps clean up my inboxes!

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily organize the company with and move it towards the strategy and goals we need to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to really know wellhow to structure things in Asana and all it's tools otherwise it will fall short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us with organization and communication as well as accountability. I can track projects and accountability easily.
