I would like to say that asana is very simple and sophisticated to understand
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to crack software interface basically it user interface is very simple and easy to understand. And I think the graphics and animation which is used by it is also very charming for eyes. Other than that it is very diverse I can collaborate the same tools with others websites as well so yeah I don't neet to download 2 3 software for each individual tools only asana can help them in all. And it feature like task reminder and alert of any changes made within it is very intriguing
What do you dislike about the product?
I think like every software and program this have some downfalls as well like it do not time the possible time flow .like how much time I took to complete a project. And one of time but due to soo many tools and options if took some time to get hang of all the possible features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from a. Marketing background and a banking background as well it helps in in keep the the data which I work on in very organized and helpful manager which can make work for easy for me as i can ascess my data with mere simple clicks helped me a. Lot

Only the people invited to a workspace and who actually belong there can see all the tasks in it

What do you like best about the product?
It's an one stop solution for communication, boost teamwork, better team effort outcome. It just accelerates the way the team can perform their respective duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it's a good package. Need to improve on adding more customer support and create a stronger baseline with customers starting off with the platform like steps to create task and assign to team.

Organisation is the key goal of asana. It can manage our teams tasks and project easily with the help of Adana we can do project management and managing team members easily

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easily one of the reliable task management tools that helps us manage tasks effectively. It helps us to manage our time and keep track of the progress of each job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana's mobile application isn't user-friendly and lacks many features available in the website version. The plans of Asana is also quite on the expensive side compared to its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to assign tasks efficiently and keep track of the progress along with the period. The ability to split the tasks into subtasks helps us to easily allot the man power needed for specific needs

Automation tools not as advanced as what I had seen in other softwares.

A tool to Manage projects that have useful custom rules
What do you like best about the product?
It offers all the features which are required like managing task lists and backlogs, and time management. It helps to manage projects with different views. It is really a great project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of steps to see a subtask of a task on the board. It is complex to manage tasks. It is pricey so it is not suitable for small businesses. It still has some room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to create boards and to-do lists. It has all task communication in one place and allows communication within the platform. It integrates well with other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient to create projects, then create tasks, and then assign responsibility or deadlines. It makes it easy to see what tasks should be prioritized to achieve project goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no reminders for the tasks outside Asana meaning that you should always manually review and organize them. Furthermore, the licensing per person is expensive, so you probably would not add all of the folks in your org. That makes it harder to manage tasks that are assigned to folks who are not in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we can create projects, assign responsibility and track deadlines to ensure timely results are met. Asana integrates into our tech stack easily, so it's simple to create new tasks on the fly.

Well-integrated platform. Task management is easy. This tools is heavily focused on collaboration.

No time tracking feature. Assignments are limited.

Asana is the best tool for maintaining internal organization
What do you like best about the product?
Asana always keeps up to date in terms of tracking tools for all my projects and tasks in one place. The customer support is relatively fast and they answer our questions accurately and directly. The ability to create tasks and small projects is really amazing, as well as the way to add attachments to them. There is no expiration date on the assignment of individual jobs to workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks the button to undo tasks, sometimes we make a mistake and we have to delete and repeat the action, a CTRL Z would be great to add it to the basic and advanced functions of Asana. Otherwise, Asana is amazing and 100% functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is that tool that helped us to organize the teams individually, facilitating the organization of tasks and ideas in an integral way with each client/advisor, which allowed us an improvement in our work and maximum efficiency when delivering pending projects. The integration and synchronization with third party software is really amazing, one of the best Asana can offer. 100% recommended.
