powerful task management tool ideal for huge organization
What do you like best about the product?
It reminds me of the task and deadlines that I need to do and until when. It is very convenient since others can just pick out my tasks in case I am absent as long as the task is plotted on Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recurring tasks are kind of annoying. When you click complete it will still show on the task and just recreate another task with the same details. I wish that when you click complete the deadline in red will just disappear and change to the other deadline pattern. I hope it wouldn't be duplicated instead since if this is a daily task it tends to look disorganzied
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been a very helpful tool for reminders regarding deadlines and lastly collaborating with a project. The tasks are clearly designated and everyone is aware who is working on it

What do you like best about the product?
Undoubtedly, Asana is one of the best productivity tools on the market. It has many features that surpass its competitors, including alerts and reminders, easy integration with other applications, and advanced task management options. What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tough to prioritize items on your to-do list when you have multiple projects. Setting a clear path for yourself, including what tasks need immediate attention and which can wait, is crucial to stay on top of everything and avoid feeling overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me communicate less with my team and allows me to monitor their activities and work updates through the dashboard. Asana allows me to manage tasks and reports for the team with details about each team member, including every edit and the stage of the project's development. It has helped me solve many of my problems and made my life much easier.

It is very useful to track my work progress

The user interface is so typical like any other project management app. I hope it has a more unique layout/user interface.

Asana solving my backlog problems when firstly I have no idea where and how to put it in the board alongside my on going tasks.

As far compare with trello, no dislikes at all for now

Asana is one of my favorite software tools overall. Clean, efficient and easy to use.

It's hard to think, but I would say opportunities to customize projects and tasks within them.

What do you like best about the product?
With Asana, you can manage your projects and tasks easily. With a user-friendly interface and robust features, even complex workflows can be managed easily. Asana also integrates well with other productivity tools, which makes it even more powerful. Overall, Asana is an excellent choice for anyone looking for project management or task management solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that you can't create new tasks from the calendar view-you have to go back to the list view to do so.

Asana allowed us to track milestones throughout campaigns. We could assign tasks to employees and track their progress. We also kept track of time budgets with the Harvest integration.

Ease of use, Scalability, projects, dashboards, ability add multiple tasks in quickly, sub task mgmt, alerts on pending tasks, security features and collaboration

Nothing much as i love the tool. I feel it is a great tool but needs more visualisation and word cloud capabilities and tableau integration and analytics and ML capabilities

Efective Collaboration, ownership issues of task owners, sub task assignment, task sharing, to do list, email alerts, multi tasking capabilities and timelines to manage effectively.
Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easier to Manage multiple projects. Best for keeping track of tasks allocated with the necessary customization options. This gives the user various options to add additional information to the task/project moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better notification structure would be super helpful. Would like having desktop notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps a lot in increasing the productivity of teammates and the efficiency of finishing up a project by following the timeline and interacting within tasks and other subtasks.

I like that it's simple to get started and to to start adding values to the team

I think it could be more intuitive the relation between different tasks
