Great PM Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of the platform and sidebar features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to add collaborators... I wish I could just assign more than one person to a task

It is keeping my projects on track, fostering communication and on budget.
Asana - The Tool to manage projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a tool to manage teams, and different projects all in one place. I am able to coordinate better and complete tasks on time. I have options to create my to do list, and fulfill responsibilities. It was a bit difficult to use at first, we need a guidence to understand the various things inside it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a good tool but the ease of use can be worked upon. Anyone with a little knowledge on softwares can understand it and use but is difficult to use without guidance. It comes with time and is complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been useful in managing multiple projects, specially if you have too many things to deal with. It has subsections to divide your work. It has helped me personally in my work.
Amazing platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is really helpful for keep an eye and track for each task. Organization can access multiple features by getting the subscription as well. I would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend, projects section on asana can be more better and have more features. There should be one feature added in it that, if a person don't have asana he/she can see task updates without account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me out with alot of things, such as looking after each one of the person feedback on task, getting timely updates. Business and organization both boost up.

Team communication is easy and tu set the project gola and task list and assign to the TT eam member is easy

Time tracking is not there for set task. It's easy to handle bt required some experience

It's help in setting up the goal for the project and task list. It's good for managing the team.

Asana has been a huge help in getting our organization more organized and efficient. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for team members to use, and the ability to see the progress of any project is extremely helpful. The new Messages feature is also great for collaboration. Overall, Asana has been a huge asset in helping us transition to a more organized workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation can help by keeping track of key assignments and tagging people. This will ensure that items are marked as complete and everyone is on the same page.

Using Asana for years
What do you like best about the product?
Asana for me is an amazing task management system, which at the beginning might seem a bit complex, but I, as a very structured person, love all the different possibilities to manage my tasks however way I need to. Where it becomes very obvious, how powerful the platform is, is when you start using it in combination with automation software like Zapier auto-creating and auto-assigning tasks depending on external triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As said above, initially Asana might not be everybody's cup of tea. It has loads of features, which might be a bit confusing and depending on what you are trying to achieve potentially could be an over-kill. Personally I love them, but for that very same reason, I've been struggling at times to convince other colleagues to use the same task management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me Asana is the central tool I go to to look what I have to do. Apart from that, and where the magic really happens, is to use it across my team to manage our coworking space. Tasks get partially created automatically based on triggers on our website or elsewhere thanks to Zapier. Those are directly assigned to my teammates to take care of urgent tasks in a timely fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
Ui and UX of the website, plus the tools are easy to understand and execute. The help centre and faq's are also helpful if we get stuck at some stage in the projects .
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be more creative with attractive dashboard and allowing user to set his color scheme in the home page. Also information about the tools should be visible in the tool itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling multiple projects and clearing them off with accurate details. Involving multiple personnel for a single project and also providing real time update of completion of task
Good platform for logging bugs
What do you like best about the product?
Creating ticket in asana is very easy unlike other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
moving tickets or stories from one side to other is a little bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my field, Asana is providing extreamly good role as it manages my all stories and tickets.
Better than other tools
What do you like best about the product?
Since I didn't want to spend money on purchasing any plan i used Asana's free plan and to my wonder it's free plan is better than the paid plans of many other tools. It has a lot of features even in free plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback in using the free plan here is that every now and then you get pop-ups and notifications to purchase a plan, too many notifications or pop-ups when you are in mid of a project can be irritating at times. Also for a first time user the UI is a bit complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Asana for managing my multiple projects and the best thing i liked about it was that i can toggle between multiple projects at the same time without any hassle and there are a number of views options available, i can chose the view which suits me even in free plan.
