Great tool for efficient project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me to be efficient in my project management and delegating tasks to other team members. This allows for me to ensure deliverables complete and are met on time!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far in my experience, there have not been any downfalls to using Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps to solve any issues in delegating tasks, as well as explaining all aspects of the deliverable. I am able to attach documents, add notes, sub tasks and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is user friendly and requires little knowledge to be able to use its basic functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the glitches and how it can slow down when taking certain actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me problem solve with its functionalities provided which is a benefit to me.
It's a great tool if you have a team and methodology
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana because allows me to understand where is my team and track the process of all projects. I usually work on a few projects for different clients at the same time, Asana is very helpful because on the same app I can see the availability of my team and the status of each project. With this tool, I can send reports and status about the project's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is difficult to create the entire flow of the project. If you have a lot of tasks is hard to track and sometimes these tasks are due and lose visibility. The message part is not the best tool, doesn't work well with the notifications, and is hard to follow the new messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have a lot of tasks, like me, the section "my tasks" can't show the field tags and don't show the priority. This is an important thing when you need to prioritize your work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start now...is a great tool and gives you the entire vision of your agency.
Asana is a great PM tool for any small business
What do you like best about the product?
User interface, easy to get started. Great tool for managing complex projects. Due dates, assignees, priority, it does it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as robust as some other competitors. Don't love the mobile app for Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helped us organize our work more efficiently, and work with clients more efficiently on collaborative projects.
Asana is a powerful tool with a incredible dashboard at a fair price.
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is so good. I can see all status of projects and the people status. Very intuitive and easy to handle, it provides clear and helpful information for decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Asana is so good for team work. Maybe I would add a little more in the reports section, they can be much more enriching in terms of customizable graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All projects are tracked in Asana, the resources and all advance about it. All people include their progress in this regard and possible problems to complete each task.
Great UI makes it better than the competition.

Brilliant UI, drag and drop tickets to change status.

Complexity in creating sprints and giving permission to people to be a part of the sprint

My company uses it to track our work via Asana tickets in 2 week sprints
Asana is my favorite project management platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has the best combination of features for the type of project management work that I do. As a community manager, I use multiple project boards to plan, manage, and implement the various moving parts of our community programming, and I love being able to have a unified task that can appear in multiple areas based on who I need to give visibility to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to using the platform, which can keep other team members or clients apprehensive to using it. But once you get them through a quick orientation and they see all the capabilities, that is usually not an issue for long!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a unified project management tool for my department and team. As a mostly virtual team with a lot of projects and moving parts, we need a lot of over communication and visibility, and Asana is a great match for us.

The scheduling features! It's super easy to make abs update schedules which I love

Some of the way you have to make updates for new project changes. Just like google drive, there are some limitations

It's improving as AI roles out and they make those implementations into their product. The user experience is getting better. Things don't feel as hidden as they were before.

Still the same. The ability to handle more for bigger projects.

Great Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to track steps and create tasks. It also integrates nicely with our files in Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to keep up with a lot of different tasks at once. The dashboard can get crowded if you have a lot of due dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our team is all remote, it cuts down on having to send emails or instant messages to see what needs to be done. We can just use Asana and see the status on everything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, it is easy to use and track projects.
