What do you like best about the product?
I like the project status in Asana because it tells everybody where the project is. I appreciate the feature of sorting assigned tasks. I also use Trello but Asana is the best for managing your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it lacks any features but navigating through it is a bit tough for a newbie and a mediocre person. It is really easy for someone to mess it up. I'd love to have it improved in terms of being concise and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problem is being on time and it solves this problem as no other product does. I am a lot more productive and improved in terms of my performance. Planning has been up to the mark since I started using Asana.
Better place to collaborate, deliberate your productivity, managing projects and team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can create and keep track of service requests on Asana. We are a remote-based company so most of our communications are done over Asana and we manage our team/projects using simplified & user-friendly interface. The best part of Asana (which actually makes it better than any other app) is the workflow builder that lets you create and run a different workflow that can automate some of the manual boring tasks. The inbuilt calendar & timeline helped me a lot be productive and keep track of where and how I am spending my work hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asan has a lot of features but poor documentation/resource on how to use it. Because not many companies use this software, you don't get community support. But their customer/tech support team is pretty good and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We created several workflows to automate some of our respiting tasks, communication and collaboration, tracking time and improving productivity and managing several projects on a single platform.
Good platform for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Good platform for project management,and time management. Having interactive dashboard with pre loaded template to create sprints for the tasks. In Asana you can integrate it with lots of other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support team is little slow. But it can be managed through faq.

Project management and time management. And assign task to different departments of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to easily set my goals and tasks and helps me to prioritise them flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a bit overwhelming for a new user and also the pricing is a bit on the higher side in case of paid plans.

What do you like best about the product?
Submitting tickets on Asana is literally a piece of cake and the resolution timeline is minimum - the prioritization can be set though.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about it that I do not like. Pretty impressive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Session scheduling, change in data requirements, assigning shifts, swapping shifts amongst team members etc.
A Good Project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the UI are very intuitive. Its very easy for people who have never used Asana to get started with it in no time! Compared to other competitors, it feels more focused on the core function.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor bugs like tagging people in comments which notification is silent and team members end up missing it. Also, compared to other products, Asana lacks the ability to write/create documents like Confluence. Users can attach the document as an attachment, but that hinders collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that asana solved for me was providing a tool that helped me manage the sprint efficiently and keep track of my and my team member's progress. The ease of use reduces the extra time it takes on other platforms to perform simple actions.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's user interface is intuitive. After a few uses, a new user will be able to use the service and perform any needed task without much trouble. With Asana as a project management system, small and medium-sized teams can efficiently multitask. The platform is available for mobile devices and desktops.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current kanban integration is clunky, and the load time can be slow.

Asana has made it easy for me to manage a team remotely. It allows you to keep track of what needs to be done and communicate quickly.

Organised, clarity in work distribution and work load of each team member. Well structured and no messy email.

Exepensive, if there is option for a young startup to get more feature on free version that'd be great.
