What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility to determine who does what until when and this in a projected environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subtasks must be assigned to a project each time, although the parent task is already assigned to a project and thus only appears on a portfolio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asaan, as a lead, I can see what my team is doing. With proper reporting use, I can get information at the level of detail that is interesting to me.

Asana is such an easy to use platform that helps all the team to stay connected, organized, and manage the work.

Sometimes its interface is a little confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
The vest thing about Asana is its UI/UX or layout structure because it is so easy and simple that even a newbie can understand how this works. The simplicity of the tool is its key to success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of asana is that its scope is limited to task or project management. It should provide some extra tools such as graph or various reports which can visualise the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Asana to manage the projects , tasks, and record the history of teams work.

Recent updates make the interface even easier to use, pleasing to the eye. Mobile applications working very well with recent updates as well

What I like in Asana is that it's organized and really give you a lead to your work. At it works as our Body clock in working. Aside from that its systematic and fast

The thing tha I dislikevwith Asana for a newbie its not a user friendly. Does it really takes time to familiariazed coz the prcess is so vague, broad for newbie

It served as my calendar, body clock . Its a nice project management tool that really helps in organizing our task. I realized that we really need this tool for effectiveness in project

For those who are looking for Asana . It's the best idea to have it. Much more when you are a freelancer

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of task visualization and status-based categorization. It seems more friendly than other applications that try to handle project management, based on colors and presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would wish that e-mail reminders where easy to access. I wouldn't say I dislike something of the interface but more things around the application like what I have mentioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I mentioned, basically IT projects. I have used it in sprints to plan the effort needed for building a self-service HR application or planning a project given people analytics data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. Nowadays, most applications have replicas that do something very similar and the differentiator are oftentimes things like friendly interface, functions around the app, etc.

Efficient loading of tasks no matter how large the volume of tasks there is.

Maybe add more automations on like assigning certain stuffs to certain people.

Organizing our company tasks could be a problem since there are many. Thanks to Asana we were able to keep track of them all.

What I find most helpful is the ability to be able to assign tasks to clients and have them comment, make notes, and approve projects that are being collaborated on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when comments nested inside sub-tasks are difficult to refer to. Similarly, one-on-one communication that gets started either by the client or our team is hard to find in order to keep the conversation going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and product management is the biggest thing that Asana is solving for us. This helps ensure that our entire team has eyes on the different aspects of projects. Our engineering team also loves Asana to run their sprints.

Other departments can also see what you are working on. Plus you can check the history of completed tasks as well.

i don't dislike anything in this tool. Anasa is good tool to use.
