Good tool to keep track of projects on the go
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Asana with my previous employer of 10 people team. Asana's free plan worked perfectly with our basic to mid-level projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to assign multiple people to tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were event organisers and from the planning phase to cross-collaboration, using asana was very effective to keep track of process and also being able to store essential materials within the app under certain tasks was easy to get back to those assets easily.
I have been using Asana for planning and managing our projects (a 20+ persons team)
What do you like best about the product?
Everything related to the Projects and Tasks creation is simple, to create Sections/Tasks, I just need to use the Enter button, to move a task between Sections I just need to drag and drop.
Assigning people, attaching files, creating Subtasks, etc are all so simple.
I like it when we type our comments and didn't submit them yet, they're still kept as a draft that we can return to later.
I also love the option to switch between List and Board view which wasn't available before.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Tasks that are deleted are kept somewhere so if we accidentally removed a task we can restore it or know who removed what.
Also, I wish there are more templates available for inspiration.
Unfortunately due to the Pandemic situation our company have decided not to go on with the Premium plan to cut cost but we are still using the free Asana.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a creative team of graphic designers, programmers, and videographers. Before we were only communicating using email and Skype, task info and related files are scattered here and there. We tried Trello and Teamwork but we settled with Asana which I think suits us best. Now it's easier to manage our tasks and projects, and everyone benefits from the centralized communication and task reminders. Our daily tasks and our projects are all in Asana!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give Asana a try! It's easy to use and manage!
Asana - best project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Task management User interface is just awesome with Asana. It's very easy to work on task/bugs and track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any strong point to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our project client was giving tasks to us directly in Asana. So, It's easy to track task progress and QA also can add issues if they found any. By using Asana it reduces communication gap and maintain good project workflow.
Asana review
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is simple and easy to use. The different project views make it easy to track work, and the newer AI and automation tools help streamline tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
For very complex projects, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming and takes time to set everything up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana for our project management
One of the best software for work and project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing new that could be revolutionery helpfu.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still the same issue, that we can not short the task by date or do not have option for ascending for descending order, this is is very big problem when you are creating monthwise task and the project is with us for more than 2 years. My advice here is to add new subtask/task top of it instead of bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy manage projects where you have more one team working on a same projects. For example any digital makting project there will be more than 3 to 4 team will be working on it like SMM team, PPC team, SEO team, dev team, CSM etc.
Asana is very helpful in managing tasks.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
You must have it if you want to manage your project smoothly.
Work made easy!!
What do you like best about the product?
It's tough to pinpoint just one thing. The UI and the ease of project set up. Automatic workflows and forms are great too. Although, it's really the fun features that do it for me. The cat dog trick is everything - I also love the little celebrations as I'm smashing through my work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every platform has it's areas of improvement; with this we knew it would be an issue but something we knew we could work with which is the tasks to be individually shifted when a timeline changes. It would be nice to have an edit view or draft mode for projects; or even better a way to shift a full timeline of multiple tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working more collaboratively in a remote environment. Being able to collaborate across the globe is super important to out business and how quick we move and scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best!
A great experience !
What do you like best about the product?
Asiana is trustworthy, easy to use, it is quick, and much faster than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything disgusting in Asana. Rather it is much better than other softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my team easily and effectively.
Asana, the first and one of the most useful tools I've had the pleasure of using and learning.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different views that Asana offers. It allows you to find the look and flow that works best for you and your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited functionality is something that needs to be worked on. It would be great if it were more extensive, like ClickUp. So if they added features that allowed you to not only change your view but provide a chat and in-board communication, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task delegation and planning are problems that I am solving with Asana. It puts everything in one place and makes it so that the entire team can see the big picture.
Very Good
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop functionality and customizable board view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the in-progress, waiting, not started color-coding to be more visible on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing client tasks is very simple in Asana. Makes it so I know what my priorities are for each week.
Asana keeps our world going round
What do you like best about the product?
1,000' view of our business, backlog and timeline commitments to our clients. We tried previous programs, but they were not user-friendly nor gave us the data we needed. Being able to link (1) project to multiple projects sheets has helped my team run their departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
SUBTASKS are the hardest thing to manage. It's been a sore spot for our company and I had to change the way we operate our project sheets. Many times they get overlooked. We have converted them to either main level tasks or created a separate project and linked the "subtasks" as a hyperlink.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and anticipating what is coming down the pipeline. We used to spend hours PM timelines, now with the duration timelines we have been able to plan out the upcoming "busy season." A specific employee can now see if timelines overlap by creating a calendar to link all their main tasks/milestones and travel. Now we spend less time on "work about work" and can focus on our client's needs.
